It’s the start of 2021, and time to kickstart your new goals!
Even though 2020 wasn’t a great year for Melbournians to hit the gym due to everywhere being closed for 8-9 months, the team at Enterprise Fitness still managed to deliver epic transformations. Check out the top 10 transformations of 2020 and get inspired to be the best you in 2021 below:
1. He Lost 44Kg! | Joe’s MONSTER Transformation
For years Joe got caught up with work and his health and fitness fell off along the way.
He tried many times to recoup his health, joining various gyms, and signing on to different programs, but nothing seemed to ‘click’.

2. Less Cardio, Get Ripped | Carol
Numbers don’t reflect body composition.
They should merely be used as a guide to track progress.
- Before photo: 63.5kg (of which 57kg measured as lean mass)
- After photo: 61.5kg (of which 58.1kg measured as lean mass)
That’s a small change of 2kg in weight, 4.8% body fat loss, and a lean mass increase of just 1.1kg.

3. Alessandro’s Incredible Online Transformation
Very few people reach this condition – and even fewer during a pandemic!
Alessandro went from 77kg on 8th February 2020 to 66kg by 31st October 2020 and he even placed #2 in his first comp!

4. Transformation Into ICN Fitness Champ | Lindsay
Lindsay first competed in 2019 and got bitten by the comp bug.
This time around, she didn’t want to take any chances on her goal; she wanted to be worthy of taking home the Junior Fitness Division.
In 20 weeks, working with Enterprise, Lindsay lost 8.2kg to be comp ready. Additionally, she’s gotten stronger on all key performance lifts.

6. Leaner and More Muscle | Sandra Tainton

7. Shift Worker gained 5kg of lean mass in 12 weeks | Robert
Even as a shift worker, he managed to gain muscle AND lose fat!
Robert joined Enterprise weighing 76kg and measured in at 13.8% body fat. Theoretically, the numbers sound pretty good, right? But he was more concerned with what he saw in the mirror – dissatisfied with his body composition; he wanted to pack on some muscle.

8. 20 Kilos Lighter and her Life Transformed | Shardae
Shardae came to Enterprise Fitness totally lost.
Although regularly training in the gym, she had hit a giant brick wall and wasn’t seeing any results. Her list of issues around dieting were of growing concern: under-eating, food phobias, hormone issues, the lot!
Shardae desperately needed help getting her life and health back on track.
Starting at 89kg, we got her training smart and eating more than ever; in time the weight slowly dropped off. Fast forward 9 months with us, she’s 20kg down and a whole lot healthier.

9. 7kg Lean Mass Gained in 12 Weeks
The amount of lean mass Steve has put on is incredible.
When he first started working with Enterprise, he weighed 78.2kg, which was pretty underweight for his frame.
For someone who was looking to compete, he had a long road ahead of him. He needed to get both bigger and leaner.
Not only is he now 3.9kg heavier, weighing 82.1kg (and the heaviest he’s ever been), but he’s lost over 5% body fat. Having achieved this in just 12 weeks is just phenomenal.

10. Karen’s 12 Week Transformation
Over the space of 3 months, her and coach Luke have been knuckling down to build muscle and get lean. With 5.6% body fat lost, they’ve for sure succeeded.
Joining Enterprise at 71.7kg and 23% body fat, Karen stuck to Luke’s progressive training programme, which was adapted every 4 weeks.
