I've been training with Cristiano Colla at Enterprise since January of this year (2023) and could not recommend him and the Enterprise Fitness model any higher. Cristiano is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, personable & patient. He listened to and understood my spedific needs/goals from the start and created multiple, phased plans to achieve those. The shift in lifestyle/commitment required by the Enterprise gym/nutrition requirements was very hard, but the results were undeniable for me in fat loss, strength, posture and a better body composition. I’ve been training with Tyrone for almost 12 months now and there isn’t a coach or facility I would recommend higher.I began training with Tyrone 4 months postpartum and although I had a decent amount of training experience pre-pregnancy I felt as though I was starting from scratch. Fantastic what these guys can do for you. You gotta be ready to work hard but the results come fast too. I lost almost 8% of body fat in 3 months which I could never do on my own before.Aldryl is the guy. Very knowledgeable, patient and dedicated. You’ll be lucky if you can train with him. Although sometimes you’ll be asking for mercy :DNo doubt this is the best studio in Melbourne.

The BEST training environment, trainers and overall experience I’ve ever had at a gym. My trainer, Jaka, I couldn’t rate any higher. I was completely disillusioned by PT’s over my 10+ years of working out in gyms. But Jaka is the most meticulous, knowledgeable and genuine trainer I have ever seen and had the pleasure of being around. I wanted to achieve a very specific goal and only a few weeks in, I’ve had more results with him than I’ve had in my entire life of training. After running the Melbourne Marathon in Nov. 2018 my fitness took a serious dive in 2019 when I spent a combined total of 4 months in bed due to personal illness. When I finally did recover not only had I lost all my fitness but thanks to Covid lockdowns my motivation was at an all time low and the weight had started to creep up along with the nightly wines. For someone who had been an extremely active person their whole adult life I had not one ounce of motivation to get moving again. My husband could see I was struggling and dragged me along to Enterprise. Best decision ever!LEWIS FRANZ was the man to pull me out of that deep, dark hole I was in. His knowledge around strength training and nutrition blows my mind and is clearly indicative of his passion for his work. Lewis has a natural ability to coach, motivate and relate to people which always makes our sessions informative, challenging and fun. Somehow he knows my limits better than I do! I also love how highly personalised my training and meal plans are with them being tailored specifically to my goals and with calls even being made to my physio when required.To date I have lost 11% body fat and 9kg. I can honestly say that Lewis has made losing that 9kg so incredibly easy. On top of looking better my diet has improved immensely, my cholesterol levels are now good, I take less medication, I am sleeping so much better and I have loads more energy. The flow on effects have been many.I have complete trust in Lewis, his knowledge and his ability to produce amazing results. I should probably also mention that he is very kind and calm and has the patience of a saint but is also firm. Just a really great person.Thanks for everything so far Lewis.

I started my fitness journey in 2021 with a simple goal to loose 10kg. I was overweight, tired and in pain, suffering from severe inflammation and gut health issues. The result of not allowing myself time for self care. My diet was terrible and I was drinking way too much with little to NO exercise.I felt defeated and convinced that it was impossible to loose weight and get fit as a peri menopausal 45 year woman.I took my first step and joined a local gym and lost the 10kg over 7 months. This gave me the confidence to keep going.I had known about Enterprise Fitness for many years as clients of ours but didn’t think I could ever achieve the kind of outstanding fitness results they were showing on their website at my age, I felt a little intimidated. But I had hit a plateau and knew they were the best.I joined Enterprise knowing that it would not only challenge me physically but provide me with an education. I wanted to know if it was possible to get stronger and form healthy habits to last a life time. It wasn’t an intimidating experience at all, the team and environment is so relaxed, friendly & supportive.After starting with Enterprise in late 2021, I ended up being able to step on stage and compete in my first body building competition in July 2022 and am now hooked on the strength training lifestyle.Post competition brought new challenges and I have struggled with my mindset around food and fear of gaining weight. I felt ashamed after all the quality training I had received so far so kept quiet until my strength gains & health became compromised.I started training with Lewis Franz 3 months ago and he has given me the clarity and direction I needed.Since starting with Lewis my strength has been continually improving weekly. He has provided me with so much knowledge on movement and technique and above all helped transform my approach to nutrition and relationship with food with his kind, gentle yet firm approach, helping me feel safe with the changes I needed to make.Without the right nutrition you simply can’t progress and now that I am trusting the process with Lewis the gains are happening again and I can’t wait to get to each session and see what I can achieve.I am working towards competing in October 2023 and I have full confidence that I will achieve that goal and step on stage even stronger under Lewis’s guidance…. but more importantly keep getting stronger and healthier for decades to come without the mindset that ageing is a barrier.To sum it up my journey with Enterprise has been transformative and life changing and I will be forever grateful for this experience.

Since beginning training I have improved my form exponentially with Amy’s guidance and seen decent results. While the plans are on the pricey side, things can be adjusted to suit your budget and goals. Ultimately, worth the money if you’re looking to improve your health and fitness. I began training with Mark Ottobre around 17 years ago when he worked at one of the big name gyms. He soon started his own training business, and I joined him as one of his first clients. I am still his oldest client - in both senses of the word. I turn 74, on 29 January 2023.My enthusiasm for the professionalism of Enterprise Fitness is un-diminished. Over the years, I have trained with about nine trainers at Enterprise and have not had a bad experience with any of them.My current trainer is Jaka Achmad. Jaka is very competent and professional. Every four weeks he writes a new and varied program for me. The programs are never boring and come with videos and of course Jaka’s demonstrations. I look forward to my sessions with Jaka. His friendship and guidance are always welcome and really helpful.In recent months I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and I am undergoing daily radiation treatment. This does not allow me to train right now. I am confident of a cure fairly early in 2023. I have been around various gyms and personal trainers for a number of years and relatively happy however i wanted to see some further improvements and felt what i was i doing and where i was doing it was not quite right. So, i came across enterprise fitness exactly 2 years ago and wanted to find out more. Over the years i followed Mark on all his podcasts, emails, social media and quickly realised he knows his stuff, from training and equitments to nutrition to supplements he knows it all and it is always evolving. I was finally in a position where i could start this journey however my dilemma now was will my trainer share Marks passion and knowledge. Needless to say, i was expecting perfection when i walked into Enterprise Fitness and what i recieved was so much more, AMAZING!. My trainer Nathan is another version of Mark, his ability to make 10kg dumbell feel like 20kg is incredible, his focus, knowlegde, patience is first class. Its been 6 months now and getting to know all the other trainers you realise a common denominator and that is from the first minute your session starts to the sixtieth you are the most important person there, no interuptions no social media, no phones just you. I used to walk past Enterprise Fitness several years ago and feel that it wasn’t the place for me, I thought it was all about body building / body fit competitions. Once training with Lewis @ Enterprise Fitness since Sept 2020 I realised I was very wrong and not to judge a book by its cover.
