I highly recommend Enterprise fitness for anyone who is ready to make a positive lifestyle change. It is a safe environment which allows any fitness level to reach their goals and maintain them. Enterprise fitness take a wholistic approach to fitness - exercise, food and lifestyle.I train twice a week here with coach Jaka, who is like true magician to me, he is very professional. His gentle approach assists me in building my confidence and knowledge.He is motivating and ensures that I understand what each session entails and why. I’ve never felt this confident before, at first I was afraid of some of the machines (exercises) but now I can perform them confidently with correct form. I started training at Enterprise Fitness at the beginning of the year. When I started I’d never walked into a gym in my life and never had a reason to get started. Right now I regret not starting sooner.I’ve lost weight, my overall posture has significantly improved and I’m doing things that a month ago I wouldn’t have thought was possible.Matt has been awesome. My experience with the team at Enterprise has been great!Cristiano's uniqueness as a trainer is that he is incredibly perceptive and observant, which has served me in continuing to gain the desired results. I had heard from a friend, who had been injured, about how important it was to learn the right weight-lifting techniques. He mentioned Enterprise Fitness.After letting myself go during the pandemic; and gaining a considerable amount of fat, it was time to stop the downward spiral. It was time to try something different.I booked an appointment at Enterprise Fitness, where they discussed my motivations and available time-slots for training.I signed up for a 12-week program where I got paired with Jaka & Cristiano as my coaches.Jaka is amazing to work with and got me on a great nutrition plan that was easy to understand and get started with.The workout phases he created made sense and after each workout, I hit muscles I had never even learnt how to use before. I learnt where I was strong and where I was weak.Cristiano has been awesome and eager to help me on this journey. He has reinforced how important mindset is as well.Both Jaka & Cristiano are very knowledgeable and definitely help me push past my physical and mental limits.They make sure you are using the right technique and give great tips. Training with Tyrone and Enterprise has been the best experience I could've ever imagined. Before I started training at Enterprise, the majority of my workouts consisted of the same few exercises and I never progressed my weights each week so I never really saw any changes. When I started I had been on a vegan diet for a few years and my body felt weak and tired because I wasn't eating from the right food groups so I decided I wanted to get help from a professional who knew the ins and outs of training and nutrition and Tyrone was everything I could've wanted. The Enterprise team are so welcoming and warm, knowing that I came from a background with little experience in training and nutrition, they were there every step of the way to help me reach the goals I want. Nothing felt like a 'quick fix' with Enterprise, you can tell the team is dedicated to making sustainable changes both mentally and physically to help each person that comes in. Each session I have with Tyrone is fun and extremely informative, he helps me every step of the way and tailors my food and training to what works best for me, and I'm constantly learning more whilst being pushed to my absolute limit. He has taught me the importance of progressive overload, form and having the right diet to support my workouts and fuel my body. Now my mindset around food and fitness has completely changed, and instead of constantly being tired and dreading my training, it's now an essential part of my everyday life. I feel like a completely different person, I feel so much stronger, happier and have so much energy each day. Working with the Enterprise team has been a life changing experience and I couldn't recommend it to anyone enough - I'm forever grateful for having such an amazing trainer and everything the team has done for me!

I have been training with Tyrone for just over 6 months now. Tyrone is the best PT you can asked for. Very knowledgeable with both nutrition and training. He knows how to push me to the limit but still having lots of fun. With my prolong low carbs and IF prior to coming to EF, my hairs started to fall and my joints were in bad shape. Tyrone has been able to change my mindset about healthy eating to perform to my max ability to gain lean muscles, much better joints movement and improved my metabolism which I have been struggled in the past.

Following a back injury where surgery was the recommended option, I joined enterprise fitness as a final attempt to strengthen my muscles and avoid surgery due to lack of success in physical therapy.I have only been training with my coaches Matt and Tyler for 5 weeks and have since been told by my doctors that i will no longer require surgery.Both Matt and Tyler always take the time to follow up with me following my sessions and frequently check in on how I am going with my diet and sleep.Thanks to Enterprise fitness I am now no longer in significant pain and have avoided spinal surgery.I would highly recommend enterprise fitness to anyone who is keen to commence their fitness journey.Thank you so much Matt and Tyler!!!!!!

Like for most people, 2020 was a tough year that left me feeling quite unmotivated and feel worse for wear. My fitness had gone down due to inactivity and a demanding work schedule, and my health was suffering. By the time I began looking around for a personal trainer to help me with my fitness goals, I had a multitude of gut issues, I’d lost a significant amount of hair, to the point of beginning to bald at the crown of my head, and my nails were lifting off the nail bed. I’ve also been blessed with hormonal acne for the past 20 years and my sleep schedule has been terrible since my teens. I figured, those were all problems for my GP, just need to find a PT to “get back into it” and be able to wear a bikini again.I’d walked past Enterprise Fitness more times than I could say, and always saw it busy. I peeked in through the window and saw an impressive display of photos of amazingly sculpted physiques, many of which had taken part in fitness comps…. That definitely isn’t me. Later that night I was doing a Google search for PTs in my area and Enterprise came us at the top of the list and so many 5 star reviews. I read through dozens of them and found one really stood out for me. One of their clients also had hormonal issues causing skin problems, and had gut health issues. She credited Enterprise Fitness and the training, support and advice she had received from them for her health problems and general wellbeing improving. That was enough for me to send an email enquiry through their website to set up an initial consultation.The day after I was sitting inside the gym, and answering questions about my health, previous training, eating habits, sleeping habits. Next was how often I would like to train, what times suited me, and based off my availability and wants for training outcome I was paired with Liam. Cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for that. Liam and I had a consultation and again delved deep into sleeping and eating habits. Within minutes of doing body fat measurements he was able to identify that I had gut, hormonal, and sleep issues. I was amazed, as we spoke more and more about my medical history with previous treatment for my acne, and my sleep schedule, and my prolonged period of under eating I could see his eyes widening. I on the other hand thought “Yeah, but that’s just me, what’s the big deal?”.So, to cut a very long story slightly shorter, Liam with great care, wrote up weekly meal plans for me, created exercise programs to strengthen weak spots and instability. He also drummed into me the importance of good sleep, and recommended supplements to support this and my stress levels. So far it’s been just over 6 months and I cannot describe how profound a change I have experienced. With the help of Liam, and Kristine, a wonderful naturopath that I connected with through Enterprise, my digestion is back to normal, and my sleep is the best it’s been since I was 15 years old. My hair is growing back and my nails are growing out. I wouldn’t have believed the difference, my energy levels are up and I feel ready to push forward with our training. I’m so excited for the next stage of my journey, and with Liam I know I’ll continue to get support, great advice and loads of motivation. Fair warning though, if you’re lucky enough to have Liam as your trainer, he will push you, and his cheeky smile is never a good thing for your already quaking muscles. He will not go easy on you but he will help you push forward and make you laugh. Each session with him has been challenging, fun, and uplifting. But that’s also the atmosphere and culture I see with all the trainers at Enterprise, and even among the clients. You very much feel connected part of a big group, all there to improve and motivate eachother. Even though I’m just at the beginning of my journey, I’m so ready to progress and keep improving. And so I have to say thank you to everyone at Enterprise Fitness, especially Liam. I dedicate all my future mini skirt and bikinis to you!

Enterprise Fitness is a hub of like minded individuals who are trying to better themselves both mentally and physically. It is a place of education to enable all to make sustainable changes to lifestyle for health longevity. I thought I had perfected my technique. I thought I had my diet worked out. I thought I knew what lifting to failure was. I thought I couldn’t get any more motivated, or lift with any more intensity. But I also knew I wasn’t getting the results I should be - so I went to Enterprise and started training with Adrian Faranda. He refined my lifting technique, form and tempo, re-educated me on what healthy nutrition is, reset my metabolism (increasing my calories from a measly 1800 to over 3500 a day while still leaning out), and helped me take my training intensity to a whole new level. The physical changes I achieved in the first few months alone surpassed my expectations, but even more so the mental health improvements. The gym itself is well equipped, and more importantly, staffed by an amazing coaching team of individuals who are energetic, knowledgeable and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to become part of the ‘wolfpack’ at Enterprise – cannot recommend them highly enough!

Staff are friendly in enterprise fitness. I trained with Coach Jaka, he gave me diet plan and detailed training plan. He will adjust the plan according to my feedback. I can feel my change in a few weeks, lost some body weight, and gain a bit more muscle. He also showed me the right position to do exercises. I would recommend enterprise fitness to my friends.

Enterprise Fitness has been awesome. Body recomposition can be tricky to achieve without the right knowledge and there’s a lot of misinformation out there. My trainer, Tyler, is excellent. All I have to do is train hard, eat right and leave the rest to him. I came across Enterprise Fitness during one of the most difficult times in my life. I knew I needed to start making my health a priority again but I was looking for something more than just your regular gym. I did a lot of research because I wanted to be taken seriously. I wanted to lift weights, not run on a treadmill or do group classes. I wanted to transform my body, get strong and be educated.I've been training with Tyler Cosnett at Enterprise Fitness for nearly 3 years. Tyler has taught me so much about training and nutrition, is a constant source of support and has really educated me about listening to my body. As a result I feel better, look better and am stronger now than ever before. Training with Tyler has helped me create a new life for myself and is now my form of therapy. Training and eating well is a non-negotiable for me and I genuinely look forward to coming into Enterprise each week. All the Coaches, Staff and other clients are so friendly. It's an environment where you feel inspired and everyone cheers for each others successes. There's lots of hard work and heaps of laughs as well. I can't imagine training anywhere else.

I've been training at Enterprise for about 6 weeks now and it has been a very positive experience. To start, the environment at the gym is fantastic. Everyone from the trainers, staff, and owners to the other clients is very friendly and welcoming. No matter your skill level, age, or goal, you will feel welcome in the Enterprise community. The wide range of equipment at the gym is very high quality and clean. My trainer, Jaka Achmad, has been exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and nutrition and is always willing to answer my questions. He has a very sharp eye for detail and always makes sure my form is correct before and while doing the exercises. He pushes me to work hard and is always encouraging me to hit that very last rep. I've learned that you must be constantly pushing and challenging yourself if you want to see results. In addition, he is friendly and respectful and prompt to respond to messages and emails. Overall, I would highly recommend training at Enterprise Fitness. You will find a community that cares about you and wants you to succeed in reaching your goals.

Would highly recommend Enterprise Fitness for anyone that wants to see results. At first, given I was at the start of a fitness journey, I wasn't sure if this was the right place for me, but after a few sessions of both training and education, I found myself becoming a lot more confident in my training and in myself. Life changing, unlike other gyms and individually tailored is how I would describe Enterprise and my coach Luke Walker. Having put off my return to exercise due to numerous injuries I started researching personal training studios which lead my husband and I to Enterprise Fitness. On walking in we were met by friendly trainers and it quickly became apparent that there was more to Enterprise than I first thought. They were not the standard one fit all approach. There was a caring reassurance that they could help me achieve my goals in fitness and nutrition and the vibe in the gym was upbeat and positive. So with nothing to lose, we took the plunge and we haven’t looked back since. My coach, Luke Walker is one who will greet you with positivity at any time of the day with a focus on technique and an overall interest in your fitness, wellbeing and health. He instils a level of confidence in you and will push you when you needed always in a calm manner while ensuring you stay on track. 17kgs down from when I first walked in the door, moving more freely and improving my strength at the age of 57yrs has made a massive difference to everyday life.

I highly recommend Tyrone Folino and the entire team from Enterprise fitness for personal training. My wife and I have been training there since July 2020.The difference between Enterprise fitness and most other gyms is that they provide a holistic personalised program . This covers training, diet, sleep and natural supplements to meet individual’s goals based on the principles of Charles Poliquin, an internationally recognised strength coach. In addition, they provide a supportive team environment where all the trainers help each other and all clients in a welcoming and friendly environment.I have been an athlete for most of my life and when I joined Enterprise was training 5 – 6 times per week in multiple sporting activities. Whilst I was already reasonably slim, my food choices and quantity was inappropriate to fuel my activities. Scans showed visceral fat around my organs (eg love handles). I was a “skinny fat person”.Tyrone provided me with a personalised Program that took into account all my planned sporting activities and food requirements to tone my body and reduce the visceral fat. During the Stage 4 covid-19 lockdown in Victoria, even though my membership was effectively on hold, I continued his Program at home. Enterprise also provided free group fitness sessions via live video sessions. During this time, Tyrone was in constant touch with me via phone and email to check on my progress and mood and how I was progressing towards my goals. Tyrone also provided me with links to log my food and exercise activities and provided suggestions, healthy meal recipes and also changed the Program to provide variety and ramp up the challenge as my strength increased. His personalised service was outstanding and showed he truly cared about me reaching my personal goals. When travel restrictions eased and we could travel within 5 km from home, Luke Walker stepped in to train me outdoors in Elwood, following the principles of Tyrone’s Program and tailoring as needed. Luke is also a fantastic trainer and now trains my wife who has acieved amazing weight loss and body toning results.I still have goals to achieve. Although I exercise less , I have lost weight, reduced body fat % and increase lean mass. I am the strongest I have ever been and am now educated on healthy food choices which I am now passing onto others, including my grandson !

I initially started training with Tyler and really enjoyed all of my sessions.Now it’s been a few months training with Marshall.His coaching and nutrition advice significantly helped my mental and physical health. He is patient, encouraging and keeps me focused and motivated.He really listens to the goals that you would like to make with your nutrition and your training. He supported me through despressive situations and helped me to stay focused on my goals. In addition to my positive comments below about Enterprise Fitness, I wanted to add a special shout-out to my trainer, Coach Luke Walker. It has been a week since my first Fitness Competition so I've had some time to reflect upon how much Luke means to me and how much of a positive influence he has been. Luke is an absolutely amazing trainer with impeccable attention to detail, not only with the weight training, but with nutrition guidance as well. Luke encouraged me to step WAY out of my comfort zone and compete last week in the ICN Rising Star and Rookie competition, despite my insistence for a long time that "I could never do that!". He was always so supportive and had faith in me, even when I didn't believe in myself. Luke's training plan was tough but precise and when he increased my weights during training and I questioned whether I could lift that much, he would say, "Yes, you can!" He gave me the confidence to walk onto that stage and give it my all. With Luke's careful guidance, we won 6 out of 6 divisions at the competition, plus the overall Fitness and Sport Model titles. I could never have achieved this without Luke's unwavering confidence in me and his incredible knowledge and passion for helping people be the best they can be.My journey:Two years ago, I was looking for a gym to join, particularly one that offered personal training since I was a newbie to weight training and needed a lot of guidance. I stopped by Enterprise one day and was greeted at the door by the owners: brothers Mark and Dave Ottobre. First impressions are so important and my first impression of Mark and Dave couldn't have been better! After answering my initial questions, they set up an appointment for me to go over the details and pricing of their program, which includes weight training as well as nutritional support. I have been so impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of everyone at Enterprise. All of the trainers and staff know me by name and give a big hello when I come through the door to train. My trainer, Coach Luke Walker, started with the basics and gradually built up my strength and confidence. When we went into lockdown during 2020 due to covid and couldn't train in the gym, Coach Luke had me check in with him weekly and he and the other trainers started holding Zoom fitness sessions a few times a week. When gyms opened up again in November 2020, I resumed training with Coach Luke and we decided that I would enter my first fitness competition - the ICN Rising Star and Rookie of the Year on 7th March, 2021. I was so happy with my results and would highly recommend Enterprise Fitness to anyone - whether they want to compete or simply get stronger, fitter and healthier!

Training with Amy Crooke at Enterprise is a phenomenal experience. Amy has never missed a beat, with her tailored programs, constant nutrition, wellbeing support, and even diving into her creative side and coming up with several alternatives during lockdown which invovled going to various locations and training in all sorts of conditions. I was able to positively navigate my way through 2020 largely due to being coached by Amy. The discilpline, attitude and knowledge she has instilled in me and continues to nurture to this day helps me in everything that I do. I dont use Enterprise to train, I use it to live, and with Amys expert help at the center of it all I am physically and mentally able to excell in life. Training with Amelia and Marshall was great fun and I definitely got a lot out of my experience at Enterprise Fitness.During my 12 weeks, I felt I became much stronger and more confident when working out on my own as opposed to before when I went to the gym but didn't really know what I was doing. I could both see and feel myself progressing very fast when training there.The whole team at Enterprise Fitness is welcoming and friendly, not to mention extremely organised and professional. From the nutrition to my trainer, Ellen, who saw and has already pushed me further than I even would myself - there's no way I can't succeed. When it's so one-on-one with your trainer... even though there are other people training with theirs, you really do feel like you're the only one in the room. My experience at Enterprise has been a rollercoaster of physical and mental emotion.I arrived here in January at my heaviest, feeling angry and absolutely hating the life choices I had made that led me to their front door.My sister in law Natalie who is a client of enterprise recommended I meet her PT Adrian and the team.Enterprise had helped Nat greatly with her health journey.I had my first Initial consultation and signed up for 3 sessions a week with Adrian for 12 weeks.I knew I needed the support and accountability of a personal training facility otherwise I knew I wouldn’t show up.My first session was scheduled and I arrived on time, tripped on the footpath and catapulted into the front door - I was mortified and so embarrassed lol. Feeling my worst I headed into the bathroom and summoned up the courage to go back into the gym and start my first session.It’s best to ask Adrian how that first session went lol but I came back and kept turning up.I followed the sensible meal advice and slowly but surely started to feel better.Adrian has been very patient and and I am grateful for that. Adrian loves what he does and it shows.The entire team is professional and I want to acknowledge Mark and David for providing a motivational yet comfortable environment for everyone.I have just started back at enterprise again after the business closures due to Covid- it’s great to be back.I have managed to shed 15 kilos this year and most importantly keep them off.Thanks Enterprise - 🙌

I have been training with Anna for almost two months now and have enjoyed every single bit of it. When I first met Anna and told her about my fitness goal, she was able to help me break it down into more smaller and achievable goals in the short-medium term which would ultimately help me achieve my big goal - which is to compete in a bikini body competition. Anna is very knowledgeable not only in fitness but also health and nutrition. Recently i just finished a 12 week body transformation program, over 14 weeks. I'm so healthy and fit now, thank's to Josh Walker. I wasn't nourishing my body properly before and now I feel so energized and strong. Everything is better from my hair, nails, skin is glowing and my Thyroid function is now perfect. It's been almost 2 yrs now that I have been cured of a low functioning thyroid and this diet has helped me immensely, it has optimized my Thryroid function, so I'm able to loose weight easily and I don't get tired anymore. I thought if they can't help me to loose weight, I might need to take thyroid tablets again, but Enterprise Fitness has made me realize, I am healthy and strong, so i am forever grateful. I lost 12kg and have gained muscle at the same time which I am very happy about. :) Josh is very good at nutrition programs and exercise instruction to make your technique perfect, so you can build confidence to lift heavier weights.💪💪

Amy Crooke my trainer spends so much time tailoring my program to make sure I'm getting the most out of it and is constantly motivating me throughout the weeks without fail. I initially signed up for the 12 week program , believing like all the other training/diet systems I had tried it would probably not work for me, but I have been blown away by Enterprise Fitness and Coach Luke Walker so much so I have stayed on and have no plan on leaving.I was apprehensive when I started that I would not ‘Fit’ the Enterprise mould as I was older, very out of shape and did not want to compete.I could not have been more wrong. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome by all the staff and my goals were just as important as those preparing for competitions.Through Luke’s knowledge, encouragement and personalised nutrition and exercise programs, I have learnt to not fear eating (previously I was eating a max of 1 meal per day ) and am now eating more than I have in years whilst becoming stronger, leaner and lighter!!Apart from the noticeable changes in my body shape and drop in kg's, I have also seen massive changes in my overall mood and lifestyle. Friends are now commenting that the old me is back – someone they had not seen in years.I could not recommend Luke and all the team at Enterprise more highly to anyone - beginner or advanced.

Trained with Luke Walker for the past 7 months in preparation of my first competition.Luke has always given me his undivided attention and effort during our sessions and really pushed me to reach the best of my ability.Following the personalised exercise and nutrition programs Luke has provided I've experienced an enormous improvement in my fitness and body composition and even placed in my very first competition!It's great to be a part of the Enterprise community and the team has always made me feel very welcome. Recommended to try out the 12 weeks program from a friend & stayed on. I'd tried so many different training regimens over the years, but with enterprise I am able to train less but heavier without injuring myself, eating more & seeing better results than I thought possible.

A big thanks and shout out to the Enterprise crew, particularly Luke (aka Lukas).I have never been a sporty person and never enjoyed exercise. Ironically, I never would have thought on Day 1 at Enterprise, that I would be here a year later writing this. This is the longest I have ever committed to any form of exercise (in my entire life), and can wholeheartedly say, Luke has provided me the foundations (and drive) to continue weight training well into the future (it sounds cliché but its the truth).Externally my ‘transformation’ might not be as noticeable as others (#slowburner), my goals arent to enter a competition (and never have been). However, despite how much I complain during a session (sorry Luke!) - frankly what Luke (and Enterprise) has given to me internally (ie. Enjoyment and passion for exercise (+life!), knowledge, drive and discipline, and importantly resilience) means so much more to me.Endless thanks to you Luke, and the Team at Enterprise

Incredibly impressed with the standard of care and service that's come from my coach Anna and the trainers at Enterprise. I'm currently undergoing my first comp prep for ICN Fitness and have been working with them from the very beginning. I was a complete novice when it came to healthy lifestyle and fitness and that's why after reading so many amazing reviews I decided to join Enterprise fitness. And boy it has been one of the best decisions that I ever made!I trained under coach Tyrone for six months and he's been a delight to work with. He's a very friendly and dedicated guy who puts a lot of effort to help you the results that you want to achieve. He understood the issues that I had been struggling with and designed all the programs to improve my posture. My back has never been better (thank you coach!). 10/10 would train with you again!The trainers at Enterprise are a goldmine of knowledge and I was pleasantly delighted as to how they dispelled the myths and had a logical answer to every question that I ever asked. I have been training at Enterprise Fitness with Luke Walker for just over 6 months now. I have to admit the results have been spectacular and have blown not only me away, but everyone who knows me. Luke’s hard work and dedication working around my often crippling chronic injuries (these are no longer such a problem) has been nothing short of amazing. Prior to the last 6 months I was constantly injured and seeing a surgeon for alternatives to try and stop the pain in my hips. My walking pace was lucky to be that of a snail and I could only make around 20 min before the pain was too intense….. fast forward to now, when for the first time in years I started interval running, I have never been so excited to do something I don’t even like just because I can. Along with my overall fitness and weight loss I am now sleeping better, am far more flexible, my digestion and health have improved (no more annual winter chest infections for me) and I am far happier. I would and do happily/highly recommend Luke and the team at Enterprise Fitness to everyone who asks me how I have done such a fabulous job transforming my life.

This place is not friendly towards beginners and you are expected to do a lot of learning about nutrition on your own. Yes, there are a lot of videos for members but who’s got the time?The service also varies greatly depending on the coach you are assigned. Well.. at least, it is fair that the more you pay the better you get. Unfortunately, I didn’t do much work about the trainers and nothing about the trainers was given during the induction session so I got an unprofessional coach. It may be a successful gym in terms of training professionals and athletes but I failed to see any quality services provided.As for the diet plan, they claimed that it was professionally designed, but it turns out to be something similar to the Keto diet which is a medical treatment harmful to normal people. I followed the diet and was sent to the emergency in the end. During the training period, I reported the symptoms and incident to the gym and trainers but they ignored it. And I received no apology from them after the incident. Right now, I am thinking if I should file a complaint to the VCAT.It is a devastating experience for me. Don’t trust them.

Up to week 12 training with Melbourne Enterprise and it completely changed my life and perception of training and fitness. Working directly with my personal trainer Tyrone, there were no excuses, no "do your best is enough" attitude that I have experienced with other PTs from other gyms. Every exercise and every movement was explained and demonstrated in detail, Tyrone certainly led by example in every area. I learned so much about nutrition, my energy levels have improved remarkably and back problems I had experienced previously had almost disappeared. The great thing about Enterprise is that there is a real family feel, other people will say hello but also allow you to finish your workout, sharing and asking for help is only one step away. Sometimes during rest periods, I would just observe other people in the studio as their technique and movement seemed like world-class athletes, so I also learnt a lot just by resting! The other great thing is there are so many helpful You Tube videos by Enterprise that they were a great reference to me when I trained on my own. The equipment is first-class and so much stuff that I had never seen before but then tried and found it so much more effective than what I had been previously using. From Mark and David, through to my own personal trainer, Tyrone, I found I had improved so much and put me on the right path to health and training the right way. It also made me believe I could achieve what I want to physically when previously I thought it was just a dream. These guys certainly make your dreams turn into reality by giving you the best advice training wise, supplement wise, nutrition wise, and just overall with general well-being. I certainly cannot recommend these guys high enough. You can just step inside and look at the walls with all the amazing transformations from everyday Joe's into world-class bodybuilders and fitness models. Amazing, real game-changers in the fitness-world, and definitely worth training here and helping you become a better person overall.

I've been training at Enterprise for about 12 months now and i love it!!!! I initially started training with Andrea and we had a great training relationship and i really enjoyed all of my sessions.Recently I change trainers to Jade and the switch of trainers has been so professional managed and seamless. Jade has lifted the anti on the training and I'm training harder than ever. And we are so in sync!!! Jade pushes me hard, even when i say i can't do it, she knows i can and drives me to achieve more but never compromising on form. For me training is about my health and well-being and as i have a rather stressful job it helps manage that stress but i also enjoy the training. The team at Enterprise is always very support and welcoming and i would encourage others to join. Thanks Jade and Andrea!!!!Go Team Jade!!!!!

I went to enterprise to gain more knowledge being a pt trainer myself and to get stronger... only a couple of weeks training with coach Liam I had set myself a goal to compete in my first comp.Liam guided me through this journey and shared his experience and wealth of knowledge and was extremely understanding which led me to placing 1st. Since recently starting training at Enterprise Fitness and being linked up to train with Anna it has been fantastic. The whole team at enterprise is so knowledgable they are able to integrate and take into consideration everything you need to get results, in a way that fits into my lifestyle.I have found training with Anna that for the first time I am able to train without engaging the wrong areas of the body. Her knowledge and training in technique is incredible. Having only started training 4 weeks ago I can confidently say it is the best place I have ever trained & with Anna's guidance it is fantastic. The whole body approach at Enterprise incorporating both physical and lifestyle changes has had a huge impact on my ability to train. Anna is always on top of everything I need to ensure I am engaging the right muscles with every single move, I have never felt such progress in such a short amount of time before.I can not recommend highly enough the service Enterprise offers along with Anna as a trainer, she has been fantastic and the support from Enterprise as a whole is brilliant. I can't wait to see how things progress along my journey.Suffering from chronic migraines in the past I have always left training sessions in pain, this simply doesn't happen anymore and I can actually enjoy going to and training hard without any fear of causing pain, it is exceptional. An amazing team offering a wonderful experience to all levels of fitness. I was told about Enterprise fitness from a friend who had achieved great results and thought to give it a go myself. I was feeling very nervous and slightly intimidated by the thought of commencing my fitness journey however that changed from the moment I walked through the door. Tania greeted me and introduced me to my AMAZINGLY TALENTED trainer Tyler and immediately felt at ease. He understood my concerns and made me aware of the process we would go though together. He took in to account my traveling schedule and adapted a program to suit. Fast forward 9 months and I’m still committed to my goal. Tyler is honestly a gifted and committed trainer when it comes to all things nutrition, exercise and getting you to achieve great things. I highly recommend Enterprise fitness.

I started at Enterprise about 4 months ago amd have loved training there. The staff are friendly and helpful and will assist you even when training their own clients.In a short space of time i am seeing more muscle definition and am breaking pbs every session. This could not have been achieved without my AMAZING coach Anna McManamey!I have been one of Anna's clients for 18 months but we have been training face to face for 4 months... Anna has got me to the stage and has worked with me to reverse... to have a coach that cares about how your body is responding to things the highs and lows and the constant suppot is something i have never had before and am truly greatful!Highly recommended the amazing team at Enterprise, they care and are 100% dedicated to all aspects of your health and fitness goals!

I started at Enterprise Fitness in February 2018 and have been attending sessions three times a week since for an injury I’ve had for over 10years.The trainers are all professional, knowledgeable, personable and most of all 100% with their clients. Whatever you are trying to achieve they will get you there if you work hard and commit to the process. My trainer Tyler is excellent and through his guidance and knowledge I am now lifting weights I’ve never been able to lift before, closing in on being injury free and feeling healthier, stronger and happier each day.The impact that Enterprise has had on my life is not just limited to my injury though. I have seen positive changes taking place in many areas of life- knowledge on training and nutrition, career, relationships, mental shift/perspective, energy levels, amongst others.I am extremely grateful that I found Enterprise Fitness and I would love to see others get as much out of it as I have!

The best thing about Enterprise Fitness is James Kelly. Without doubt, James transformed the health and fitness journey of my husband and I. We have always been healthy people with histories of elite athlete training, who love excercise, but James took it to the next level. I was able to sculpt my body in ways I never have before and drop body fat in a healthy and positive way. My husband gained muscle and was taught how to correctly undertake fundamental exercises that he had been doing incorrectly for years. Tantamount to James’ talent as a personal trainer and his ability to transform people’s lives-we fell pregnant with our beautiful son after training with James for 6 months and he safely trained me right up until he birth of our little man. My midwives and doctors all said I would not have been able to deliver such a big baby naturally had I not worked so hard on my strength and fitness prior and during pregnancy. We count James as a friend for a lifetime now-thank you for everything James! Enterprise is lucky to have you!
