I started my fitness journey in 2021 with a simple goal to loose 10kg. I was overweight, tired and in pain, suffering from severe inflammation and gut health issues. The result of not allowing myself time for self care. My diet was terrible and I was drinking way too much with little to NO exercise.I felt defeated and convinced that it was impossible to loose weight and get fit as a peri menopausal 45 year woman.I took my first step and joined a local gym and lost the 10kg over 7 months. This gave me the confidence to keep going.I had known about Enterprise Fitness for many years as clients of ours but didn’t think I could ever achieve the kind of outstanding fitness results they were showing on their website at my age, I felt a little intimidated. But I had hit a plateau and knew they were the best.I joined Enterprise knowing that it would not only challenge me physically but provide me with an education. I wanted to know if it was possible to get stronger and form healthy habits to last a life time. It wasn’t an intimidating experience at all, the team and environment is so relaxed, friendly & supportive.After starting with Enterprise in late 2021, I ended up being able to step on stage and compete in my first body building competition in July 2022 and am now hooked on the strength training lifestyle.Post competition brought new challenges and I have struggled with my mindset around food and fear of gaining weight. I felt ashamed after all the quality training I had received so far so kept quiet until my strength gains & health became compromised.I started training with Lewis Franz 3 months ago and he has given me the clarity and direction I needed.Since starting with Lewis my strength has been continually improving weekly. He has provided me with so much knowledge on movement and technique and above all helped transform my approach to nutrition and relationship with food with his kind, gentle yet firm approach, helping me feel safe with the changes I needed to make.Without the right nutrition you simply can’t progress and now that I am trusting the process with Lewis the gains are happening again and I can’t wait to get to each session and see what I can achieve.I am working towards competing in October 2023 and I have full confidence that I will achieve that goal and step on stage even stronger under Lewis’s guidance…. but more importantly keep getting stronger and healthier for decades to come without the mindset that ageing is a barrier.To sum it up my journey with Enterprise has been transformative and life changing and I will be forever grateful for this experience.

I have been training with enterprise, and with Amy, for just over 6 months now. Everyone in the gym is approachable and friendly. Since beginning training I have improved my form exponentially with Amy’s guidance and seen decent results. While the plans are on the pricey side, things can be adjusted to suit your budget and goals. Ultimately, worth the money if you’re looking to improve your health and fitness. Keep up the great work guys.

I began training with Mark Ottobre around 17 years ago when he worked at one of the big name gyms. He soon started his own training business, and I joined him as one of his first clients. I am still his oldest client - in both senses of the word. I turn 74, on 29 January 2023.My enthusiasm for the professionalism of Enterprise Fitness is un-diminished. Over the years, I have trained with about nine trainers at Enterprise and have not had a bad experience with any of them.My current trainer is Jaka Achmad. Jaka is very competent and professional. Every four weeks he writes a new and varied program for me. The programs are never boring and come with videos and of course Jaka’s demonstrations. I look forward to my sessions with Jaka. His friendship and guidance are always welcome and really helpful.In recent months I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and I am undergoing daily radiation treatment. This does not allow me to train right now. I am confident of a cure fairly early in 2023. I love that Cristiano is constantly adjusting my meal plan and exercise regime based on how I am feeling. Cristiano educated me on to use proper form for each exercise and how/what I should be eating to reach my goal. I have been around various gyms and personal trainers for a number of years and relatively happy however i wanted to see some further improvements and felt what i was i doing and where i was doing it was not quite right. So, i came across enterprise fitness exactly 2 years ago and wanted to find out more. Over the years i followed Mark on all his podcasts, emails, social media and quickly realised he knows his stuff, from training and equitments to nutrition to supplements he knows it all and it is always evolving. I was finally in a position where i could start this journey however my dilemma now was will my trainer share Marks passion and knowledge. Needless to say, i was expecting perfection when i walked into Enterprise Fitness and what i recieved was so much more, AMAZING!. My trainer Nathan is another version of Mark, his ability to make 10kg dumbell feel like 20kg is incredible, his focus, knowlegde, patience is first class. Its been 6 months now and getting to know all the other trainers you realise a common denominator and that is from the first minute your session starts to the sixtieth you are the most important person there, no interuptions no social media, no phones just you. I greatly enjoyed training here with Cristiano, partly because he was easy to connect with due to his background as a backpacker, which is what I'm doing now, and because his attitude to training motivated me and had me looking forward to every gym session.I came to Enterprise Fitness because I was struggling to motivate myself to workout and even when I did I could tell my form was struggling. I've been training with Cristiano at Enterprise for nearly 6 months and it's been a great experience. I've seen great results working with Cristiano, results I've never been able to achieve by myself. He has helped me approach my health and fitness from a holistic perspective. From my training schedule all the way through to a realistic meal plan that I can follow. Cristiano pushes me in the workouts, but similarly pulls back on the workout intensity if I'm not feeling 100%. If I ever have to work away from Melbourne, Cristiano helps me adapt my workouts to fit the equipment I have access to. A big win for me in 2022 was getting into the best shape of my life with the training and support from my PT Jaka and Enterprise Fitness! I had spent 4 months trying to get below 20% body fat without getting anywhere, however I reached 10% body fat in only a few months. It's not only their expertise but the way they go about it, they practice what they preach and the results are there to see. I don't think you will find a better PT studio in Melbourne. In particular, Jaka's dedication to his craft showed not just his elite technical expertise in lifting and nutrition but that he truly cared about aligning the training with my own personal goals.

I run a small business and would unwind most nights with a red wine or two. My diet was average & I had low energy. At age 50 my body was looking wimpy & my belly was getting chubby. It was time to change.My wife trains at Enterprise Fitness and completely transformed her body. She is fit, strong and looks incredible! I've had two back operations, and thought I was too fragile & weak to train at Enterprise, but I decided to have one training session with Mark Ottobre. He immediately identified my weaknesses & showed me what I needed to focus on, so I decided to commit to training.The training isn’t easy! I have 3x 1-hour sessions each week with James (& with Lewis when James was away), and I feel amazing after each session & I have a lot more energy. The program changes each month to maximise gains and reach my goals faster. James also created a nutrition/meal plan for me which he adjusts based on my weekly check-ins, and everything is recorded so I can see how far I’ve come.After 6-months my back & core are stronger than ever, and I've doubled the weights I can lift. My body composition has drastically improved & I’m more muscular than I’ve ever been. My chubby belly has gone & I now have a six-pack developing!Enterprise Fitness training is a part of my life now. We moved to Melbourne 2 years ago and, with juggling busy work commitments and two energetic toddlers, suffice to say that fitness and nutrition had taken back seat (a distant back seat). That had to change!I had never used a Personal Trainer (PT) or had any real experience with weight training, so I entered Enterprise Fitness (EF) initially with perhaps more trepidation than belief. After a brief conversation with Mark, I was hooked! He set me up with two PTs, Tyrone and Jaka, each with there own individual style, personality and indeed nuance but the same attitude, passion and ethos, to ensure that my return was maximised. Both Tyrone and Jaka's comprehension of their discipline and attention to detail is unparalleled!My wife and I have been a members of EF for almost six months now and it has, without doubt, been one of the best decisions we've ever made! I would, without hesitation recommend EF to anyone looking for 'that' transformation, not just in terms of physicality, but emotionally, mentally and soulfully!

Super happy to say that my fitness goals have been reached within 12 weeks and all credit to my brilliant couch, Nathan. The man is an absolute weapon & a master in his craft - If you’re unsure of what trainer to go with then I would without a doubt recommend Nathan. Not only because of his deep knowledge in exercise science but it’s his absolutely INSANE knowledge in nutrition that’s stands him miles apart from any couch I’ve trained with.All in all the experience was phenomenal, I’ll be back again for another round in the future.

Enterprise surprised me as being not just another 'PT experience'. The team not only delivers on the usual personalised 1-to-1 training programs (complete with exclusive use of a private gym), but outshines its competitors with their holistic approach to building long-term and sustainable habits. In training with Adrian and Cristiano, there was a palpable emphasis on building confidence, holding yourself accountable to your own goals and raising the bar higher at any opportunity - so much so, that working out (though important), felt secondary to the program.When enrolled, your programs covers everything from customised food plans and body goals to sleep habits and skill development. You are also assessed fairly regularly to monitor your progress and keep you on track with your own targets.This was the first fitness regime I've participated in where it truly felt that the trainers are focussed on building you up in a way where you could ultimately walk away from them, and feel confident that you could succeed on your own steam - a rare quality in the fitness industry. Most importantly, the energy of the Enterprise team is highly infectious and makes training not only fun, but also addictive. As far as clichés go, to say that the experience has been life changing has been thoroughly earnt by this group. You will not regret joining!

I want to thank Ari so much. I had never trained properly, especially with weights and before joining enterprise fitness I had some really up and down periods with my weight. I had gone through a period of time for about 2 years were I was really skinny and felt really weak all the time from unhealthy habits and then went to the opposite spectrum were I gained a lot of weight and felt so self conscious. I decided to look into personal training so I could do it right this time and this is when I found enterprise fitness. My first point of contact was Mark, he was so lovely and made the process so easy. I was very anxious about going to a proper gym as I had only ever trained at home but everyone was so lovely and I couldn't have had a better welcome. From there I was introduced to Ari. He was super friendly, kind and funny from the moment I met him. I enjoyed every session with him and genuinely enjoyed my workouts each and every time. He educated me on nutrition and the importance and just from that change I felt stronger. He showed me how to lift properly and that was my first time properly learning the strength I could have if I put my mind to it. I’m an ex-international athlete from Ireland. I retired many years ago and having moved to Melbourne with my husband and two small kids I felt it was time to get back into fitness again. I didn’t have the motivation or time to go training on my own and would have always had my own coach.My husband came back from Enterprise Fitness one day and randomly signed me up! I went down and was met with a really friendly and inviting atmosphere. Almost like a home away from home. I was assigned my trainer, Matt and he went through specific nutrition goals and what programme I would be doing.I’m currently on my second season with them and absolutely love it. Matt is a strong and encouraging personal trainer and puts me through my paces. I certainly would never work this hard on my own! I wanted to get back in shape post two babies and to feel good about myself again. Matt has put me on the right track with a balanced diet, tailored supplementation and thorough training. And it doesn’t stop at the door on the way out. After a session, he always lets me know that I can message him anytime with any questions advice or issues.I finally feel myself again. Training at Enterprise has enhanced both my mood and my physique. Enterprise Fitness are second to none. The team are extremely friendly and personable. Nathan epitomises everything you would want in a personal trainer. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, from nutrition and tracking to training and programs. I consider training with Enterprise Fitness as one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Big word, but definitely it is. I am beyond grateful to my coach, Cristiano Colla who helped me achieve my goals/fitness journey. I still can't believe from 26+% body fat, I am now at 10%! I feel great and look great (getting ready for my photoshoot!) but I believe I have also improved well mentally (mindset). Cristiano is an amazing personal trainer coach and I think I wouldn't have done it without his guidance. I really like how he created a personalised training program that is tailored to my exact needs and adding the importance of the nutrition aspect to it. Cristiano also communicates well with me and pushes me when I need to and gives me the appropriate encouragement during training. He's very dedicated and committed. He tracks and monitors my improvements weekly and do check-ins. Training at Enterprise is also so much fun! They have a warm and trusting culture that encourages everyone. As a (very) busy professional who wants to achieve their fitness goals, I totally recommend Enterprise Fitness. It is DEFINITELY WORTH IT! Again, to my Coach Cristiano, you're the best!

I have been training with Lewis Franz for almost 3 years. When I first started training with him, he not only helped me reach my weightloss goals (26kg) but helped me do so in a healthy and sustainable way. During my pregnancy and post partum, Lewis continued to personalise my training and nutrition to meet my new needs. He listens to what your goals are, helps you push the limits to get to those goals, the methods used are realistic and sustainable and he shares the knowledge behind the training and nutrition so that you can develop your own understanding of how to use these skills in the real world. I cannot recommend a better PT. Enterprise Fitness and Lewis have been fantastic and I look forward to learning more and reaching those next goals with their help!

Signed up for a 12 week program with 2 sessions a week with Jaka. Professional at all times, with attention to detail in all aspects of training including meals, training, rest to reach my goals. Also very flexible with his program as I had to have wisdom teeth removed half way through the program and was very accommodating. Gym is well equipped with very friendly staff. I reached my goals and am looking better than I ever have. Highly recommend Jaka if you are considering joining up

I have been a client at Enterprise for years, and wanted to articulate how overwhelmingly positive my experience here has been.Enterprise has the unique ability to truly serve clients whatever starting point they have, and whatever their goals are. I think this is important to emphasise, as I know that joining a gym - especially one with as many high-achieving clients as Enterprise - could make the average person (ie, someone like me) feel unsure. Non-bodybuilders or non-athletes might wonder if this is not a gym for them. I can confidently tell you whoever you are, this is a gym where you will feel welcomed, respected, encouraged, and challenged in the best way. If you are an elite athlete, this is the place for you. If you are an absolute beginner, this is the place for you. The staff are incredibly skilled and experienced, and experts at helping clients achieve their goals, whatever they may be. They are friendly without being pushy, challenging without ever risking injury.Somehow my amazing trainer, Lewis, even managed to cut my coffee consumption down, which shows you what a miracle-worker he is.This place is 11/10. I haven't seen a better place to train.

Signing up with Enterprise has been one of the best things I've done for myself. I've never been able to get my nutrition on track but Matt's helped make it something even I can manage. Training with Matt has been exactly what I needed and I've enjoyed seeing the progress. There's still a lot to learn but I now think I can do it! I used to walk past Enterprise Fitness several years ago and feel that it wasn’t the place for me, I thought it was all about body building / body fit competitions. Once training with Lewis @ Enterprise Fitness since Sept 2020 I realised I was very wrong and not to judge a book by its cover. He has kept me focused and on track for the past 18-20 months (for the most part…unfortunately he isn’t around 24/7 to slap food out of my hand however). Not only have I gotten stronger and refocused on my physical health, being able to train last year during lockdowns helped with my mental health. Despite all my complaining at 6:30am and how I hate the sled (or any other piece of equipment really…) I enjoy working with Lewis and having him continue to push me to improve. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, supportive and friendly and very focused on helping their clients achieve their health goals

I highly recommend Enterprise fitness for anyone who is ready to make a positive lifestyle change. It is a safe environment which allows any fitness level to reach their goals and maintain them. Enterprise fitness take a wholistic approach to fitness - exercise, food and lifestyle.I train twice a week here with coach Jaka, who is like true magician to me, he is very professional. His gentle approach assists me in building my confidence and knowledge.He is motivating and ensures that I understand what each session entails and why. I had heard from a friend, who had been injured, about how important it was to learn the right weight-lifting techniques. He mentioned Enterprise Fitness.After letting myself go during the pandemic; and gaining a considerable amount of fat, it was time to stop the downward spiral. It was time to try something different.I booked an appointment at Enterprise Fitness, where they discussed my motivations and available time-slots for training.I signed up for a 12-week program where I got paired with Jaka & Cristiano as my coaches.Jaka is amazing to work with and got me on a great nutrition plan that was easy to understand and get started with.The workout phases he created made sense and after each workout, I hit muscles I had never even learnt how to use before. Training with Tyrone and Enterprise has been the best experience I could've ever imagined. Before I started training at Enterprise, the majority of my workouts consisted of the same few exercises and I never progressed my weights each week so I never really saw any changes. When I started I had been on a vegan diet for a few years and my body felt weak and tired because I wasn't eating from the right food groups so I decided I wanted to get help from a professional who knew the ins and outs of training and nutrition and Tyrone was everything I could've wanted. The Enterprise team are so welcoming and warm, knowing that I came from a background with little experience in training and nutrition, they were there every step of the way to help me reach the goals I want. Nothing felt like a 'quick fix' with Enterprise, you can tell the team is dedicated to making sustainable changes both mentally and physically to help each person that comes in. Each session I have with Tyrone is fun and extremely informative, he helps me every step of the way and tailors my food and training to what works best for me, and I'm constantly learning more whilst being pushed to my absolute limit. He has taught me the importance of progressive overload, form and having the right diet to support my workouts and fuel my body. Now my mindset around food and fitness has completely changed, and instead of constantly being tired and dreading my training, it's now an essential part of my everyday life. I feel like a completely different person, I feel so much stronger, happier and have so much energy each day. Working with the Enterprise team has been a life changing experience and I couldn't recommend it to anyone enough - I'm forever grateful for having such an amazing trainer and everything the team has done for me!
