Mark had this to say about his long time client and friend, Janet Kane…
This is a competitor worthy of stopping for at the Arnold Classic and asking for a photo….
My awesome friend, long time client and overall superstar Janet Kane is the winner of the IFBB Melbourne Championships Qualifier!
This is the best condition she has ever brought to the stage.
Balance, symmetry and a perfect blend of muscle and femininity. Folks, you’re looking at what I would call the definition of what a figure competitor should look like.
Janet’s very humble, so I’ll boast about her:
Janet, without disclosing her age, a mother of two almost teenagers, lives a busy life and wife and number #1 fan to her super driven hubby, Chris.
- Age is not a factor.
- Children are not excuses.
- Marriage is not a reason to dull your ambitions.
I met Janet in 2006, and we started training together 2007-2008. I started coaching her in 08…
In that time we have both grown a ridiculous amount. Spiritually, emotionally, physically, business- virtually every area of life. We have shared ups and downs. Success is never a straight line.
Janet is the most consistent client, competitor, person- I have ever met. She shows up when it’s metaphorically raining, pouring, storming and when people would outright discourage her.
————–> This is a champion.
She has beaten the best figure competitors in the country for years, and she has done this 100% naturally. It’s taken over a decade for Janet to get to where she is, and she’s never comprised her values in order to get ahead.
Patience, poise, grace and strength should be tattooed on Janet’s body (but she hates tatts! haha).
Let’s get behind this Queen of Champions as she gets ready for the Arnold Classic where she goes for her Pro card.
Congrats again Janet, you’re what figure competitors should strive to be.
