Whether you’re starting or restarting your fitness journey, it’s natural to have questions. At Enterprise, we handle every question with care and attention, because getting in shape starts by getting the right information. Our Values

These values are at the core of everything we do.

We don’t have a one size fits all approach to fitness – or pricing and we don’t offer single-session passes. Instead, we have a number of options available depending on your health and fitness goals and we will customise everything specifically to you.

Your program will include a personalised workout program, diet and nutrition support, and guidance from an Enterprise PT to help you get the results you’re looking for. We’ll let you know when you come into the studio what the investment will be, which will depend on the trainer and the number of times you train – from one to four sessions per week.

Alternatively, to try our studio without a long-term commitment, we offer our 4-week Jump Start program to a limited number of people per month.

We’re different because we’re not a “gym” at all – we’re body transformation experts.

As an elite personal training studio, we don’t train everyone. We only train people serious about making lasting change and stepping away from inconsistent results for good.

If you’re looking for the latest weights or machines, we might tick the same boxes as some other gyms in Melbourne. But if you’re looking for a track record of results and a reputation for changing bodies and lives, there’s only one Enterprise Fitness.

To ensure the highest quality standards of personal training we do not allow casual sessions or have memberships and operate by appointment only.

All sessions at Enterprise Fitness are Personal Training so you can train without interruptions, long wait lines at the weight rack, or commercial gym noise. This helps us focus on our clients without outside distractions and means you’re given the tools, support and environment you need to succeed.

Our appointment hours are:

Monday to Thursday: 5:00am till 7:30pm
Friday: 5:00am till 7:30pm
Saturday: 6:00am till 3:00pm
Sunday: Closed

We’ve trained over 300 first place winners in bikini, fitness, figure and bodybuilding competitions. But we’ve also helped thousands of average Janes and Joes enjoy head-turning results too.

You don’t need to be an elite athlete or in training for the Olympics to train at Enterprise. If you’re serious about making a change and transforming your body, we’d love to hear from you.

We run a number of health and fitness assessments before we commence training. All our programs are tailored to your individual needs to help minimise risk of injury, maximise performance, and provide a custom roadmap to achieve YOUR goals.

Yes.

There is 2 hour parking on both sides of Swan Street.

The closest side street, Edinburgh Street, also has 2 hour parking as well as on Burnley Street. Alternatively, there is 2 and 4 hour parking at Burnley Station. This option requires an additional 5 minute walk.

Note: Please look out for clearways during the nominated times on Swan Street and for loading zones in surrounding streets.

Yes. Our studio is located in the heart of Richmond with access to both the tram line and trains. Trams 70 and 75 run along Swan Street with the number 70 tram taking you practically right outside our doorstep. The closest train station to Enterprise Fitness is Burnley train station.

Your first session is a lifestyle consultation where we get to know you and your goals. We recommend you bring:

  • A pair of training shorts
  • A comfortable singlet or t-shirt
  • A water bottle
  • A 3-day self reflection log
  • Lots and lots of questions!

Yes. You’re welcome to use our shower facilities before or after training. Make sure to bring your own towel and soap.

We go above and beyond to ensure you get the maximum value from your Personal Training package. In addition to the world-class personal training and expertise, your package includes:

Last minute change of plans? No problem.

Just call (or message) us 24 hours prior to your appointment and we will reschedule the session at no charge.

No. You are not required to wear a face mask when training and exercising.

Every 4 to 5 weeks.

Why do we change your program?

Because that’s the average time it takes for your body to adapt and a training program is only as good as the time it takes your body to get used to it. At Enterprise Fitness, we’re all about results. So if we need to change the program earlier to keep your results rolling, we will.

All of our coaches are industry leading and have to meet a standard set by owner and founder, Mark Ottobre before onboarding clients. This is a timely process overseen by our General Manager, James Kelly. All coaches are put through an extensive education program that has been refined over 20 years of industry experience. We can confidently say all of our coaches are capable of helping you to achieve your goals. We have three levels of trainers, Enterprise Coach, Senior Coach and Master Coach. The biggest difference here is their exposure and experience with the Enterprise Fitness systems and our specific coaching approach. We endeavour to make sure our coaches are highly skilled and equipped to help anyone that comes through the doors at Enterprise.

However we do work with all clients for a minimum of 12 weeks so you have enough runway to achieve your goals.

We only want you to be a part of Enterprise Fitness if you’re getting value from our training and service – and we back ourselves to deliver results without forcing you into a 6 or 12-month contract.

In a word – sustainable.

It doesn’t matter if the goal is weight-loss, strength, muscle gains or to increase fitness. We’ll dramatically increase the rate at which you experience results and teach you how to maintain peak fitness for life.

Say goodbye to fads, gimmicks, diets or supplements that don’t work. We’re all about incorporating health and fitness as a part of your lifestyle. So if you’re currently involved in a training program and not getting results, we’ll show you why and exactly what to do to end the frustration.

Every session at Enterprise Fitness will be with an Enterprise personal trainer. However, many of our clients have a gym membership elsewhere (or home gym) where our personalised programs can be used.

We want to help you develop behaviours that will last a lifetime, not the length of a personal training program. That’s why you’ll be guided by a personal trainer while at Enterprise but receive a custom program you can follow on your own at your local gym.

Whether you’re working out with an Enterprise trainer or following the program between PT sessions at another gym, you’ll have a plan to drive lasting and sustainable results.

Yes.

We offer online training for bikini, fitness, figure and bodybuilding contest prep, as well as experienced gym goers (3+ years of training experience). These programs include training, nutrition plans, supplement protocols, and weekly meetings via the Enterprise app to keep you on track.

Although we do work with most clients for a minimum of 12 weeks, we understand that it’s not always easy to make a commitment.

We offer a limited number of Fast Track packages (2 sessions) and Jump Start programs (4 weeks) so you can try our studio and Personal Training without a long-term commitment.

Please Note: The Jump Start program is by application only and there are only 4 spots offered per month.

At the same time, every Enterprise trainer has to pass the BBQ test to become a member of our team – if we wouldn’t invite them to our house for a BBQ, we don’t have space for them on our team!

Every body is different so we’ll create a customised training, diet and supplement plan just for you. Many of our clients have enjoyed significant results within 12 weeks – so organise a visit to our studio to learn how we’ll customise your program and what kind of results are likely.

We offer multiple packages to suit your lifestyle, budget and fitness goals.

Although we do work with most clients for a minimum of 12 weeks, many of our clients continue on with long-term training programs and have been with us for years.

We love seeing couples work towards better health and fitness – but we’re solely focused on helping YOU change your body, diet and mindset for lasting results.

There are three options for training with a partner:

Option 1: Two-on-one training

For this option to work, you both need to be at the same fitness level. If one of you has injuries and the other doesn’t, or if one of you wants weight loss and the other muscle gain, it won’t work. Strength and fitness levels need to be equal for this to work.

Option 2: Train with separate trainers at the same time

If you and your partner have different levels of fitness, you may be able to train together by organising sessions at the same time (though this will depend on trainer availability).

Option 3: Train with separate trainers at separate times

We have partner packages so you and your partner can work on your health and fitness goals as a couple, though not train at the same time. This is the most popular option couples choose.

Yes.

We’ve trained Commonwealth Games gold medalists and Olympic Games athletes, professional boxers, competitive ironman athletes, and athletes across a wide range of sports.

We can support every aspect of athlete management including diet, recovery, injury prevention, supplementation, and accountability.

There’s no yelling here.

We’re a team of personal trainers here to coach you to improve physically and mentally. As your #1 supporter, and your toughest critic, we’ll tell you what you need to hear (not what you want to hear), but always keep you accountable with a smile on our face.

We operate with respect towards all clients instead of guilting them into what they “should” be doing. It won’t always be easy, but having trained 1000’s of average Janes and Joes, we can confidently say it will be worth it.

We collect this data by using Cookies (which are small files that are stored on your computer or mobile device).
