Before coming to Enterprise, I went on a strict ‘protein shake diet’ to lose weight. I managed to lose ~20 kilos on that, but I missed having real food.
And when I went off that diet, I gained back all the weight I lost.
I realised if I wanted to be healthy, I had to do it the right way.
So I sought out Enterprise Fitness.
I love training here because of the atmosphere. Everyone’s so friendly and my coach knows how I function and which buttons to push to get the most of my training sessions.
Before I started training at Enterprise, my right knee was already injured. And a few weeks after, I tripped over and injured my left one.
I went to see the specialist for it and he told me that it would’ve been much worse if I weren’t already training.
We’ve taken 4 weeks off any lower body training, and we’re currently reintroducing more mobility and activation exercises.
Despite the obstacles that I’ve had to overcome, I have already lost over 18 kilos in the 15 weeks that I’ve been training with Enterprise Fitness.
My ultimate goal is to live a healthy, happy life. And I know that I am well on my way towards that.
