My fitness journey started at the beginning of 2015, though it didn’t get off to a good start. I was over-working myself, under-eating and trying to make a start in the gym.
Needless to say this resulted in a massive reduction in weight but also severe fatigue and depression. Towards the middle of the year I had lost 20kg going from a 42 in the waist to a 32 and mistakenly believed that I was healthy. My eyes were opened at the beginning of 2016 when I joined Enterprise Fitness.
My trainer helped me realise that almost everything I had been doing up to that point had been working against my goals of wanting to step on stage and compete. The excessive amounts of cardio, under eating and over training were gradually turned around and in just 12 weeks I can say that I was the happiest I had ever been!
I was sleeping deeper, eating better, training harder and achieving goals that previously I hadn’t thought possible. With these improvements, others shortly followed. I was more focused at work, happier at home and starting to set future goals for myself which I now felt confident I could accomplish. This was only compounded by the continual encouragement of everyone in the studio. I would frequently receive comments from other clients and trainers at how well I was progressing and felt truly welcomed each and every time I stepped inside.
A few paragraphs in a testimonial cannot do justice to the profound effect my time at Enterprise has had on me. Enterprise and its team have instigated a new chapter in my life, a chapter that promises to be the best so far.
For those of you wondering if the price is worth it, or if your goals can be catered for, I can with upmost confidence give you a resounding… YES.
Enterprise Fitness isn’t just a studio for those of you looking to compete, it’s a place for anyone who dreams of turning their life around and achieving things that they may not have thought possible!
