Between a full-time job, the duties of being a single mother, and the hassles of everyday life, Bec still finds time to train not just once or twice, but FOUR times a week at Enterprise Fitness!
After years of working her bum off and putting everyone but herself first, Bec is now doing something for herself. Having heard of Enterprise Fitness 3 years prior, she walked through the doors of Enterprise, already knowing that she wasn’t just going to sign up for 12 weeks. In fact, she’s already well into her 2nd 12-week block with her coach, and getting stronger by the day!
Leaving a controlling relationship with a 9-year old son to care for didn’t weaken Bec’s resolve to always strive to be a better version of herself. If anything, it has made her so much stronger.
And yes, we’re talking mentally and physically stronger! 4 days a week at 7am sharp, Bec will be warming up in the gym, ready to train – HARD! Waking up early to train before work wasn’t always easy. But now, she finds herself looking forward to each training session, because it leaves her feeling great for the rest of the day.
“You can’t help but have a good time training at Enterprise.
Sometimes, we have the occasional banter here at Enterprise…
You’ll find yourself developing great relationships with everyone here. They make training fun, yet challenging enough to push you hard!”
As a person who strives on challenges, Bec loves making progress in the gym; and being able to lift heavier each week is just addictive. As Bec would say, “I love seeing the numbers go up!”
Naturally, it can be frustrating when progress doesn’t happen as fast as we would like it to (who can relate? ;)). But training at Enterprise Fitness has helped Bec tremendously.
“Sometimes I rush to do the next movement, but Enterprise is very meticulous with form. They always make sure that I do it right, because if I don’t, I can’t do the next.”
Bec’s thinking about competing on stage early next year, but she’s in no rush to do so. For her, lifestyle and a true enjoyment for training can’t compare to a few minutes on stage.
But regardless of her decision to compete, one thing’s for sure – and that’s her dedication towards training, nutrition and her health. And for that, she will always look stage-ready 😉
