As a gym newbie I can recommend this place to every person who wants to have a smooth start. Everything got explained... to me very well at the beginning, I felt guided and supported on every step.Jaka, who I train with, is a great personal trainer. Very professional, understanding and kind. I came across Enterprise Fitness during one of the most difficult times in my life. I knew I needed to start making my... health a priority again but I was looking for something more than just your regular gym. I did a lot of research because I wanted to be taken seriously. I wanted to lift weights, not run on a treadmill or do group classes. I wanted to transform my body, get strong and be educated.I've been training with Tyler Cosnett at Enterprise Fitness for nearly 3 years. Tyler has taught me so much about training and nutrition, is a constant source of support and has really educated me about listening to my body. As a result I feel better, look better and am stronger now than ever before. Training with Tyler has helped me create a new life for myself and is now my form of therapy. Training and eating well is a non-negotiable for me and I genuinely look forward to coming into Enterprise each week. All the Coaches, Staff and other clients are so friendly. It's an environment where you feel inspired and everyone cheers for each others successes. There's lots of hard work and heaps of laughs as well. I can't imagine training anywhere else.read more

Joining the Enterprise family exceeded all of my expectations. What I love most is that no matter who is your trainer,... everyone is looking out for you and makes you feel at home when you walk in. Would highly recommend Enterprise Fitness for anyone that wants to see results. At first, given I was at the start of a... fitness journey, I wasn't sure if this was the right place for me, but after a few sessions of both training and education, I found myself becoming a lot more confident in my training and in myself. I was extremely happy with my trainers Luke and Matt who ensured I was always on track to get where I wanted to be. A really supportive, tailored approach and even after finishing the program I've come away with so much education. It was great to also see Mark having input to everyone's program on the floor. Overall I'm really glad I did this program!read more

I have been training at Enterprise for a couple of years. All at Enterprise have been friendly and encouraging. The... vibe around the gym is always friendly and upbeat. I initially started training with Tyler and really enjoyed all of my sessions.Now it’s been a few months training with Marshall.His coaching and nutrition advice significantly helped my mental and physical health. He is patient, encouraging and keeps me focused and motivated.He really listens to the goals that you would like to make with your nutrition and your training. He supported me through despressive situations and helped me to stay focused on my goals. I really recommend him for anyone with specific goals about their health and Fitness.He is very supportive ,approachable and understanding of where you are in your nutrition journey , supports you each step of the way with knowledge and advice.It’s the reason I always look forward to every session with Marshall :)Thanks Marshall ,Tyler and Enterprise 😉read more

Training with Amelia and Marshall was great fun and I definitely got a lot out of my experience at Enterprise... Fitness.During my 12 weeks, I felt I became much stronger and more confident when working out on my own as opposed to before when I went to the gym but didn't really know what I was doing. I could both see and feel myself progressing very fast when training there.The whole team at Enterprise Fitness is welcoming and friendly, not to mention extremely organised and professional. I always looked forward to every session and both Amelia and Marshall were so encouraging when training me.Unfortunately, I couldn't continue after my 12 weeks but I'll definitely be coming back in the future when I can.If you're looking for a PT then definitely put Enterprise Fitness at the top of your list.Thanks guys for everything!read more

It's only my first week in - but already the vibe feels amazing. Having been a member of Franchise Gyms for some time... it's lovely to experience a close knit group of trainers and clients who are all out to achieve the same thing. From the nutrition to my trainer, Ellen, who saw and has already pushed me further than I even would myself - there's no way I can't succeed. When it's so one-on-one with your trainer... even though there are other people training with theirs, you really do feel like you're the only one in the room. Because you're able to just focus on you. Finding this came at the perfect time in my life. If you've been thinking about it for a while - just sign up. Pay upfront and get it done.read more

Enterprise Fitness is really great. I had Tyrone Folino as my personal trainer and now I noticed a positive change in... my appearance. Tyrone is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). I lost incredible 8 kg in 6 weeks. I feel more strongly and happy and now more confident with myself.
