Jade had 16 weeks to transform her body for two photoshoots. She required a coach who had dealt with female body composition goals, and Master Coach Liam was the obvious choice to help with training and nutrition.
Jade’s starting weight was a total of 58.2kg and she measured at 16.2% body fat. She was photoshoot-ready at 53.4kg and 5.9% body fat.
Liam devised her training to be predominantly focused on quad and glute development, but still incorporating plenty of high frequency full body programming. Being a powerlifter, it was important for them to lose as little strength as possible during the 16 weeks of prep.
And for those wanting to know how Jade stayed focused for a whole 4 months…
‘Just do the work! The best thing was that I enjoyed the challenge, I trained REALLY hard and stayed focused, I knew this would get me to where I wanted to be. When a goal is strong enough, you really go for it.’
