Unlike most girls, I began my journey at Enterprise with the goal of getting bigger, stronger and more defined.
I’d signed up for a few personal training session at other big box gyms before, but I always felt like they were just taking me through the motions.
I didn’t know what I was doing in the gym, or why I was doing it. YouTube and Google were my main resources – and boy, there was a lot of misinformation out there.
When I moved to Melbourne, I found Enterprise and after listening to the Enterprise Fitness podcast, I knew straight away that this place is the real deal, and that I needed to come here.
Training at Enterprise is amazing. The people here really care about what I want, and they work as a team, consulting each other if thy have problems, or is unsure about something.
That’s the thing with Enterprise. You don’t just get any trainer here – you get a whole team of coaches that are always ready to give you pointers and tips. Whether it be athletic preparation, general training, rehab, competition prep… each Enterprise coach has their own specialisation, and the collective intelligence at Enterprise is what makes them different from the rest.
I cannot tell you how many times Mark and the other coaches have corrected my movements whenever I’m doing an exercise incorrectly. This mostly happens because my training runs over time and so my trainer has to leave for her next session with another Enterprise member. And it’s good to know that you’re well looked after because everyone here always helps each other out!
I am very satisfied with what I have been able to achieve at Enterprise – I’m stronger, leaner, and muscular. I’m ready to set a new goal, and maybe compete in the near future.
If I do decide to compete, there is no question that I will be prepping with Enterprise, as they truly are the leaders in the fitness industry.
