“I love to be challenged”
– Kayleigh Katu
Meet Enterprise Member, Kayleigh, who trains with at Enterprise Fitness every week – even after breaking her finger!
“Nothing’s too hard, it may be completely unachievable, but never too hard.”
It can take Kayleigh up to 2 hours to travel to and back from Enterprise, but distance is not an issue. In fact, she’d love to live closer, so that she can train here 4 times a week!
“I’ve trained with other personal trainers before and this is my first time training with a female trainer. To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect from it.
But Enterprise is… different. The people here don’t just care about results; they care about you, and about your whole well-being as a person. They care about what you can take away from each session, and that sets you up for the long term.
The people here are not just trainers for an hour a week.
I currently only train at Enterprise once a week, but I can call my trainer anytime, and she checks up on me. Sometimes it’s not about training… the people here understand what’s going on in your life, and you can talk about anything.
Not a lot of people will care about you the way Enterprise coaches will. You know when people’s really about self-gain, and what you can do for them? You never see that with Enterprise. And because of that, I always look forward to training here.”
Before coming to Enterprise, Kayleigh was under the impression that it would be very cult-like.
“I read about Mark and his story, listened to his podcasts and had a look into his ‘business’ mind. From there, I knew immediately that Enterprise Fitness was different compared to any other personal training studio in the industry.
But I still thought it would be cult-like – because as a private studio, it’s not open to the public.
But when you walk in through the door, everyone really friendly and says hello.
No one’s too good for you here. I mean, look at the Wall of Fame – the people that they train… I’m not an athlete, but they treat you like family!
I love how Enterprise doesn’t apologize for the way it is.
What Mark has built… He doesn’t try to fit in with everything else, he’s does what he does, and there’s nothing else like this in the industry at the moment. It’s like a family.
I never come here feeling bad. In fact, I never realised how bad I did feel before coming here.
In my first BioSignature test, I was puffy and inflamed. I was grazing a lot, and not eating real meals. I’ll never forget what I Mark had to say…
“You’re a lion, not a cow. So eat like a lion”
With the adjustments made to my nutrition, I felt significantly better within 4 days, my energy levels were better, and I my sleep quality improved a lot!”
Now, Kayleigh’s aiming to do an unassisted pull-up.
“Anything more than one would be a bonus, but I’d be happy girl if I could do a single unassisted pull-up.
And of course, to grow a bum.
But it’s grown 12 centimeres so far. Training at Enterprise, I know those #bootygoals are achievable.”
