When Liz first started training at Enterprise Fitness, she was juggling three jobs, studying multiple degrees, learning a new language and preparing for competitions. On the surface, she was achieving, but inside, she was overwhelmed, burned out and disconnected from what she truly wanted.
In her first meeting with Mark Ottobre, he asked her one question: “Why are you doing all of this?” That question made her cry, and changed the direction of her life.
That moment became the catalyst. Liz began stripping back the noise and pressures that weren’t serving her. She made space to hear her own thoughts again, and more importantly, to follow them. It wasn’t just about lifting heavier. It was about lifting the weight of expectations she had placed on herself for years.
Across six years at Enterprise Fitness, Liz didn’t just tick off achievements, she rewrote her story. Two bikini comps, a powerlifting competition, a photo shoot, Olympic lifting phases and personal bests: deadlifting 135kg, squatting 125kg and benching 70kg. All at just 52kg bodyweight.
But more than the physical results, Liz found confidence, humour and connection. She trained under multiple coaches, built strength from the inside out, and became deeply ingrained in the Enterprise culture. Her sessions were about more than reps and sets, they were about expression, purpose and fun.
The real shift wasn’t just on the gym floor. As Liz became stronger physically, her mindset followed. Her sessions at Enterprise helped her strip back limiting beliefs and build a foundation of confidence. Over time, she stopped living for others and started living on her own terms. Training became a gateway to freedom, not just fitness.
Today, Liz lives in Serbia, following a calling that only became clear after her time at Enterprise. She credits her training and mentorship with helping her find her voice again, one that led her across the world, into a new career, new home and new purpose. She returns regularly to train, laugh, and reconnect with the team that changed her life.
“Thank you to Mark and every trainer I’ve had across the years. You didn’t just give me a strong body, you helped me build a strong life. Enterprise Fitness gave me the space, support and freedom to become who I really am.”
