10 Comp Prep Must Do’s
New to competing?
There’s a few things you may not have considered in the lead up to the stage. It’s not just training and dieting, remember – you’re presenting your best package, from your hair down to your toe nails!
But we’ve got you covered, follow our 10 step guide to the stage:
1. Find an expert comp prep coach
Join our competition Package with Enterprise Fitness
2. Choose and register with your chosen federation/ competition
You usually need to pay an annual premium before being able to register for categories in the comp (ensure to speak with your coach regarding categories leading up to show)
3. Posing
Posing lessons are essential, if you’re not practicing your posing, you’re at risk of not showing your hard work on stage. Try working with:

- Our very own Liam & Anna
- Other group posing workshops
