Chris Glass, from Southbank started personal training with Enterprise Fitness to rehab and strengthen his body. He’s gotten some incredible results and transformed his body.
😨Imagine being told by the surgeon that you would need a hip replacement by the age of 35… 😨
Meet Chris 🙋♂️
Chris came to Enterprise Fitness confused about what to do with an injury that he’d been battling for more than 10 years. He was reluctant to get started. However, after the first consult with Mark and Andy, Chris knew, Enterprise would be the place to get his mojo back and become injury free.
Chris had seen over 40 different medical professionals prior who didn’t get him the results he wanted, so he thought he would try a different approach. That’s when he found Enterprise 💡
After 12 short weeks, Chris has found himself lifting weights he had never lifted before, and performing at levels he didn’t think was possible given the previous prognosis of his hips 🏋️♂️
Chris’ body transformation story at Enterprise Fitness has been life-changing; now studying Personal Training himself wanting to become a trainer!

I just thought, you know, I’m being told by my surgeon at 27, I’m going to have a hit replacing 35. I didn’t want to be in that position.
Hi, my name is Chris. I’m a client, our enterprise fitness and I’ve been going there since the first of February this year. It started from a long term injury, that ipod for over 10 years. One of the medical people that I was attending at the time suggested that maybe I benefit from trainer who can assess my form and make sure I’m thinking stuff crap. I sustained the injury in 2007 soccer. They walked out to. The problem was actually coming from other pm was it was related to my head that resulted in pretty major hip surgery bone. That tissue reship the top of my Femur, sticking me all back together again while I was in hospital. Ended up on this day and the whole weekend I had a lot of thinking time when I was there. I kind of just sort of, you know, I’m being told by my surgeon at 27, I’m going to have a hip replacement by 35 if I keep doing the things I’m doing and I didn’t want to be in opposition.
Chris coming up on about five or six months of training and he’s first 12 weeks, lost about 10 percent body fat which is a great body transformation. Tall challenges me, gives me a kick up the option on ads. Yeah. A lot of myself sometimes beyond will I fall. I could. I’ve noticed a mental shift in being able to achieve things and like, hi Steve stuff growing up as a kid I played football viscerally. Any free time or hard. We used to just let put cones in the road, but your jumpers, dine, set of goals and away you go justice what we did back in Ireland, that’s how I’m at a lot of my friends back home and even here for I got the injury and to have that so remove quite a big void and it was quite hard there. Real clear think through attending enterprise, that’s probably fine to sort of replace that void. So Chris along this journey is decided to start studying personal training. So he’s now studying, he said three and four, so six to eight months. I can see him, hopefully about six kilos heavier with an impressive body transformation and a wealth of knowledge that he can go and acquire when he does become a pet. I never thought anything was impossible, but sometimes you do. Cheese asked me to be pretty difficult.
Not Brand wouldn’t even go to that direction. That would be high collagey this and what that had to do to do that.
