A smooth 12 weeks of dieting has left a very happy Karen 6.5kg lighter!
Over the space of 3 months, her and coach Luke have been knuckling down to build muscle and get lean. With 5.6% body fat lost, they’ve for sure succeeded.
Joining Enterprise at 71.7kg and 23% body fat, Karen stuck to Luke’s progressive training programme, which was adapted every 4 weeks.
They built up her food intake to ensure she was utilising as many calories as her body could take without gaining weight. The next 8 weeks were followed by gradual food changes to allow for a healthy period of dieting.
Karen now weighs 65.2kg and is sitting at 17.4% body fat.
