Meet our Enterprise Fitness Coach, Amy Crooke!
Amy’s journey to Enterprise started 6 years ago, when she joined an outdoor group training club, and caught the fitness bug. She enjoyed it so much that she decided to study fitness purely to gain more knowledge in health and training. She eventually took the plunge and started working as an outdoor group training instructor, which led her into personal training.
Seeking more from her personal training career, Amy joined our internship program to gain a deeper insight into nutrition, training, and business. Joining the Wolfpack mentoring program, hosted and presented by our owner and founder, Mark, was the natural next step.
Sure enough, Amy’s hard work and passion for helping others didn’t go unnoticed, and she soon became part of the Enterprise family.
Amy loves training clients who have athletic and performance based goals. Witnessing them put in the hard work on a consistent basis and seeing their results inspires her to continue to help clients achieve their goals.
Her long-standing client, Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist, Harry Garside and James Siakavelis, a Division 1 Footballer, are both prime examples of her expert training and nutrition programming making a strong impact on their athletic achievements.
Amy loves the Enterprise team culture. The ongoing support from fellow coaches, and the opportunity to ask questions and learn from each other allows our team to continue to grow and develop as trainers.
Amy’s not one to do things by halves, and that’s been demonstrated in her own athletic achievements. She was determined to put herself in her clients’ shoes, in order to empathise with their challenges. Having competed in an amateur boxing fight last year completely pushed her out of her comfort zone, and it allowed her to relate better to her own clients. In doing so, she has become a better coach with a stronger insight into the mind of an athlete.
She strives to live life without regret, and Amy’s incessant enthusiasm to learn more and achieve the best as a coach will continue to help her pursue her goal to transform people’s lives.
Amy’s one year anniversary at Enterprise Fitness is creeping up, and she has transformed numerous clients’ lives in that time. Her knowledge has grown immensely, and with her continuously striving for excellence, this is just the beginning!
