1. Morgan Coleman

Body Fat: 12.1% to 4%

Lean Mass: 65kg to 68kg

A quick 7 week transformation, to start off with! In that time, Morgan and Coach Reece did some serious damage. He’s been able to get leaner and stronger at the same time, and in doing so has been able to maintain a stable 74kg in the process.

30kg weight loss

Weight: 115kg to 88kg

Michelle has had one hell of a year! It’s been a rollercoaster, but she never gave up! Coach Anna has helped swerve any curve balls that have come their way, and now she’s nearly 30kg down with a triple figure deadlift!

Weight: 79.1kg to 75kg

Body Fat: 15.4% to 9.7%

Lean Mass: 66kg to 68.2kg

David’s not one to be messed with when he’s set himself a goal. He wanted to get under 10% in 12 weeks, and he only went and did it in 10!

4. Emily Physick

47cm lost and 14.25kg dropped!

She came to Enterprise with a very specific goal, her exact words to coach Amy were, “I don’t want to be known or remembered as the fat aunty”. Her drive to lose weight kept her going throughout the weeks, and she totally nailed her training and nutrition.

5. Deepansh Srivastava

Body Fat: 22.2% to 14.2%

He came to Enterprise Fitness with chronic lower back pain, which had hindered him in achieving his fitness goals. After 24 weeks of hard work, and a wealth of knowledge, he not only looked awesome but was totally pain-free.

Weight: 75kg to 63.9kg

Body Fat: 27.7% to 20.3%

In the space of 12 weeks, coach Luke and Josh worked together to help Ankit change his life around. His confidence has increased tremendously with his new-found training and nutrition knowledge, and his positive habits.

Body Fat: 26.9% to 10.4%

Samantha just made her stage debut! She came to Enterprise to lose weight, and she stuck with it and set herself an even bigger goal of competing in this September’s ICN Champs.

Body Fat: 15.8% to 5.9%

16 weeks of giant sets and strict nutrition programming and Jade looked INSANE on the day of her shoot.

In 12 weeks, Arent was able to gain 4kg in lean mass whilst dropping body fat. He started with Enterprise having never done any weight training, and now he’s on the road to the stage.
