ICN Rookie of the year 2019

Check out the happy snaps from our competitors and coaches. Special shout outs to Sandra Tainton, Sammy Rogers, Adrian Faranda, Aaron Luxmoore and Sam Wells.

#11: Close Grip Bench Press

Close Grip Bench Press

In the old school Poliquin days, Charles would say a close grip bench press is the mother lift for the upper body.

So it’s an important exercise to build and get right because it carries over to so, so many other pressing movements. Always make sure you get as tight as possible under the bar.

Sam Wells

Sam Wells

Big shout out to Sam winning 3 categories at her first comp with the amazing support of her coach Anna and the whole team at Enterprise. Well done Sam! Outstanding results!

The Arm Blaster

Have you used one of these before? If not, you’re missing out!

Liam and I give you the inside-out on how to use an arm blaster. It’s almost like a standing preacher curl. Great way to get a killer pump!

#6: Transformation | Sammy Rogers

samantha rogers before and after

Sammy lost 14 kilos in 12 weeks and competed in her first competition last weekend. What’s more impressive is her why. She had a terrible car accident some years back, and wanted to compete to prove to herself that she’s back!

On behalf of the Enterprise team, Sammy, you’re a legend.

#5: Why Beliefs and Values are More Important than Skills and Skill Sets.

This video was filmed during a live event where I spoke openly about why clients fail in the face of ‘knowing what to do’. Hint, the answer is never a better diet.
