I Walked Away With TWO 1st Place Trophies!
Enterprise member, Shaun Semmens, started training with us at the beginning of 2017 with a goal of competing. Trained by Master Coach Reece Adams, Shaun achieved some pretty incredible results. Shaun came to Enterprise with a good starting point of 15.3% body fat (when measured by skin folds) and in a short 2 months reduced his body fat to 8%!
