When head coach, Mark Ottobre, asked Gymnastic Bodies guru, Christopher Sommer for 2 best mobility exercises that he would recommend, they were:
- Jefferson curls
- Weighted dislocates
Let’s start with Jefferson curls – it’s great for hamstring, quads, lats and even shoulder mobility… which is why it’s definitely our favourite here at Enterprise.
If you have tight hamstrings, quads, or lats – you have to try the Jefferson curl!
