This is Enterprise Trainer Adrian Faranda. He put himself through the paces under the guidance of Enterprise Master Coach Liam Fitzgerald. He lost 13kg and over 15% body fat in 20 weeks of preparation for his first physique competition, with the goal of bettering himself personally and professionally.
Adrian is a prime example of what we are about here at Enterprise. Practice what you preach!
