Anthony was completely new to weights training and meal prepping. Being Italian, food has always been a big part of his family life and culture.
Whilst going through some emotional personal events, Anthony has managed to maintain his progress over the 3 month period. He has channelled his energy into his training and nutrition in order to improve his health and mental well-being.
At the start of February, he weighed 86kg, with a body fat of 26.2%. Over the 3 month programming period working with Anna, he lost 6kg, and 8% body fat. He’s now sitting at 80kg and 18.1% body fat!
He took everything Anna taught him on-board, and has now created a maintainable lifestyle which he thoroughly enjoys and feels he can maintain.
… And the icing on the cake: recent blood tests have shown a remarkable improvement in blood pressure and cholesterol.
