She lost 0ver 10% body fat and gained 5kg lean mass for her Photoshoot!
Amelia had never physically challenged herself more than in the 6 months leading up to her photoshoot.
When she first came to Enterprise, Amelia had been training at F45 and using their nutrition plan, but with no results to show for it. She was eating 1300 calories a day and Amelia’s body was in need of some TLC.
We introduced her to a structured, tailored and phased weight training programme. Her nutrition was rebuilt to more than 2000 calories before her intake was reduced to suit her cutting phases. Any foods that were causing inflammation were removed from her diet, and her protein intake was increased substantially to support muscle retention.
Amelia, like most, found that the mental game of getting in shape was one of her biggest challenges. She was always wondering if she was ‘doing enough’ or ‘if she could really get her body to change’. And despite having personal issues to deal with during her prep, she stuck to the plan with the support crew of Enterprise.
