If you’ve been on my Instagram recently, itโs no longer a secret.
In fact, many of our clients have been eagerly awaiting itโour new home.
In December 2020, I purchased a warehouse, or what I call our โforever home.โ
And since then, itโs been an ongoing saga involving engineers, the council, and builders.
For a three-year span, it felt like I was facing defeat after defeat, and that the โNew Enterpriseโ would never happen.
In fact, it got so bad that I contacted two real estate agents and began conversations about selling. I was doneโฆ well, almost. Fortunately, I had kind of backed myself into a corner. Because we already took the roof off the building, the agents werenโt so confident I could sell.
So in the fourth quarter, with the game on the line, my cousin-in-law stepped in to lead the build.
Since then, weโve achieved more in 5 months than we did in the past two years.
You see, I have a vision. I want Enterprise Fitness to stand the test of time and become a Disneyland of sorts for personal training and personal trainers.
To do that, I knew, long term, I had to make a ballsy move and buy the land. But as with all big visions, itโs never easy.
A lot of motivational types like to talk a good game. Personally, I would rather save my energy and show you.
Hereโs the first installment of Building New Enterprise.

Looking forward to welcoming you to our new home,ย
Soon.
