Every time Julia’s weight and body fat reduced, her calories increased!
In her first 14 weeks of training with Coach Josh, she shed a whopping 12kg and 13.6% body fat, and is looking her absolute best!

Here are 3 example training programs that Josh put together during each phase. The first program was focused on the basic fundamental movements, which then progressed to beginner strength work. The intensity increased in the last phase, incorporating more volume through the use of trisets.
