In this particular workout, they do 3 side delt movements and 3 rear delt movements, pre-fatiguing the delts before they do a barbell shoulder press. Check out the full video below…

A1 Poliquin Dumbbells Lat Raise
A2 Seated Lat Raise – 1 1/4 reps
A3 Prone lateral raise
A4 Rear delt cable fly
A5 Rear delt 1 1/4 supported on a bench
A6 Rear delt swings – heavy and high reps
*One round is about 7 minutes.
B Barbell shoulder press
C1 Cable preacher curl
C2 V bar Tricep pushdown
