Hi Mark, is there any benefit to supplementing with glutamine or BCAAs if you’re not a bodybuilder and not looking to get very low body fat %? I am a competitive pole dancer wanting to stay lean and recover as best possible, but if I already eat awesome with lots of met, veg, butter and complex carbs (thanks to the awesome Kristine), does that already provide all I need in terms of those aminos?
