She wanted to win, and that’s why she came to Enterprise Fitness.
Lindsay first competed in 2019 and got bitten by the comp bug.
This time round, she didn’t want to take any chances on her goal; she wanted to be worthy of taking home the Junior Fitness Division.
In 20 weeks, working with Enterprise, Lindsay lost 8.2kg to be comp ready. Additionally, she’s gotten stronger on all key performance lifts.
20 weeks ago, Coach Liam started her from scratch, ensuring any weaknesses and movement patterns were fixed for the rest of her prep. They specifically worked on getting her to engage her glutes more efficiently in order to fix her knee niggle and strengthen her lower body.
After Lindsay’s first 12 weeks of prep, she was heading into her cut stronger than ever. Training volume increased, with a 5 day split of:
- 3 days quads and hamstrings
- 2 days shoulders and back
Sticking to her nutrition plan like glue, Lindsay was already stage lean at 4 weeks out. Now it was just a matter of cruising into the show, maintaining her new physique.
