The photo you see here may show the outside transformation, but a bigger transformation took place on the inside.
I’ve been training with Enterprise for years and in the lead up to my wedding and honeymoon in Bali in June 2017. The wedding was incredible, the whole experience was perfect!
But I knew I had to fix myself physically for this next chapter of my life. It was time to take things to the next level, to go where I’d never gone before.
I’ve struggled with a 10-year shoulder injury from playing football prior to this, and I was starting to accept that maybe that’s just the way it was. But then I came to Enterprise. I was blown away by his genuine eagerness to solve problems, adapt to situations and adopt new principles.
They did all the thinking, planning and reviewing, but it was all up to me to execute. And with attention to detail (which VERY FEW trainers have I might add) I did not want to let them down. They knew when to step up my training and when to back off.
I can remember early days training together – I was getting frustrated with certain exercises and the trainers would always find a way to adjust and alter the movement, so I could still make progress.
And for the first time ever, I saw progress with my shoulder injury. Pain decreased, strength went up, self-confidence lifted and before I knew it my whole-body composition started to change. It was all coming together.
Each month we experienced nothing but progress, sometime big gains, sometimes small gains, but progress was our goal, every month.
Fast forward to today, I’m totally pain free and have been for 12 months. PLUS, I’m in the best shape of my life!
A major lesson that I’ve learnt is that there is always a way, and Enterprise will find a way. Thank you to the Enterprise crew for the supportive environment and energy you create.
And a special thank you to the whole team for being a great environment with such passionate coaches.
I owe a lot to you for reminding me that for every problem there is a solution and it is up to us to find the solution and make that our mission.
Let’s see what we can do together in the future.
