Body fat: From 15.8% to 5.6%. Note that she is not a ‘true’ 5.6%. The reason it’s low is because she is lean in the upper body and holds most her body fat in her legs, which Biosig does not include in the BF% calculation.
Other info: 188mm to 78mm of body fat on callipers (more relevant stat). Clear visible increases in muscle mass especially in quads, back and delts.

Client’s Initial Goal: Nina wanted to do a photoshoot since 2020 but it was delayed multiple times due to lockdowns.

When I started with her in Nov ‘21, we committed to May, but this was also delayed due to a surgery. We finally achieved this 2 year goal in Sep ‘22 with an impressive physique to show for it – she couldn’t be happier with the process. As time was on our side, we were able to undergo a dedicated ‘building’ phase to focus on delts, back, glute and quad development for 4 months. This period aligned with her performance goals. From there, we were able to diet down for and reveal her newfound muscle mass.Along the way, we achieved various performance goals too, including going from 0 chin-ups to hitting 5 reps.
