
Meet Kelly.
Kelly has been prepping with Senior Coach Tyler for the ICN All Female Classic this past weekend.
Hereโs a little recap of how she placed:

In the beginning, the goal was to give Kelly a bigger engine so we worked her calories up to around 2500 calories per day with 50-60% of those coming from carbs!
She responded very well, still getting leaner each week while wondering each night how on earth she was going to fit all her carbs in the next day.
From about 15 weeks out, we began strategically bringing total energy consumption down week by week and adding in more training, cardio, and energy expenditure.
Although we tracked skin folds and took progress shots weekly, the good old fashioned scales donโt lie. Kelly went from 63kg to 54kg, hitting an average weight loss of 0.5kg per week, which is exactly where we want it to be.
Kelly has trusted the process and hasnโt missed a beat from the training, cardio and food prep!
