They started their year right by transforming their bodies!
The first half of the year has seen some mind-blowing female transformations from our trainers at Enterprise Fitness. Here are five hard-working Enterprise clients who transformed their bodies (in no particular order as these ladies all worked amazingly hard!):
1. Tina – Astounding Lockdown Transformation
A single mum with four kids and a full-time job, Tina was tired, running on 10 coffees and needed a change. Starting her training during lockdown, she went into 2021 feeling stronger than ever. Check out her story here to see how she did it.
2. Holly – Newbie to Competitor
Having never touched weights before, Holly came to Enterprise Fitness with the goal to challenge herself and get on stage for the very first time. In 6 month’s time, after losing a massive 20 kgs and dropping 14.1% in body fat, she stepped up there and shone with confidence! 3. Jessica – From Rehab to Photoshoot
Coming to Enterprise Fitness initially with a back injury, Jess struggled to move without pain. But with persistence and dedication towards her training and nutrition, she got rid of her pain, became stronger and massively increased her confidence. Not only that, Jessica even set the goal to do a photoshoot towards the end of her program, which she absolutely slayed. Check out her story here.
4. Gemma – Eat More, Get Lean
Gemma came to Enterprise Fitness wanting to learn about training and nutrition, increase her functional movement, gain strength and get a leaner physique that she could maintain. In the span of 9 months, she achieved all of this and more. After 9 months, she was feeling better, not just physically, but also mentally as well – the smile on her face in the right picture says it all!
5. Sarah-Jane – From Extreme Dieting to Stepping on Stage
Having previously been overweight at over 10 kgs and dieting at extremely low calories, Sarah-Jane came to Enterprise Fitness wanting to compete in ICN for the very first time. The next 17 weeks was a series of structured training, well-planned nutrition, which led her to accomplish what she set out to achieve! Read all about her comp prep process here.
