She got nowhere with F45…
Mel came to Enterprise after many failed attempts to lose weight.
16 weeks with Coach Luke and she has now lost 7.6kg and 6.2% body fat.
She came to Enterprise, weighing just shy of 70kg and 21.2% and feeling absolutely cooked from 12 weeks at F45. Mel was training 6 times a week and eating just one meal a day! Over this 12 week period she had not lost a single kilo and was still an uncomfortable size 12.
Feeling extremely frustrated, Mel came to us as a last resort. She was so distraught with her lack of results, her family chose to sacrifice their holiday so she could start her Enterprise journey.
So, the pressure was ON!
Due to her metabolism being so shot from the crazy low calorie input and incredibly intense training sessions, the first 6 weeks required a lot of patience and will power. Her weight fluctuated, but Luke kept her mindset strong, telling Mel to trust the process.
After Coach Luke had slowly built up her food intake again, her weight started dropping as soon as they hit a slight deficit. Her calories never got too low due to having been on such a low food intake in the past.
She now weighs an incredible 61.9kg and is sitting at 15% body fat, and needs a whole new wardrobe!
