After coming out of a prep for my wedding in 2016, I was having trouble finding balance again in my life. I wanted and needed to be okay with not eating off a strict meal plan and to learn to love my body again.
I’d been following Enterprise on social media for quite some time and that’s when I heard about their Enterprise 3-Day Internship in early 2017.
Within the first day of the internship, I knew that Enterprise was going to play a big role in the growth of my skills and knowledge.
And hence I started training with James here at Enterprise, with the goal of transforming my body and expanding my knowledge in the health and fitness industry.
As a trainer myself, it’s incredibly important for me to be pushed incredibly hard, and at the same time learn as much as I possibly could.
It’s been 9 months since I first joined Enterprise, and thanks to James and his constant guidance, I am a better trainer and person.
His focus as an athletic performance coach has made him brilliant to work with for my own performance goals and for my client focus as a trainer.
Being a perfectionist, he never lets anything slide. His standard are high and they will always stay high – which makes you naturally step up to his level.
He is stern enough to make you stay focused on the goal, to train hard, and to not get distracted by anything else. But at the same time, he’s extremely patient and also gives the right amount of emotion and care when required.
He goes above and beyond to always check in with me outside of sessions to ensure that what we are doing in our sessions is working as it should.
He has helped me not only in terms of training, but also in changing the way I think – I am now happier than ever!
I am proud every day of what my body is able to do and achieve. I am at my strongest, my most mobile, healthiest and most confident.
The knowledge, skills and growth I’ve experience in my time here has been ridiculous. You can’t put a price on it! I am constantly learning and growing.
I’m very glad that I found Enterprise, and I’m looking forward to achieving more goals in the future!
