This was the case for Tanya. Earlier this year, she reached the final straw and invested in fixing herself. Lewis worked with her to increase her food intake higher than it had ever been before. Over the 14 weeks of training with Lewis, Tanya managed to lose 17.4kg!
Not only that, her strength has dramatically increased, and all her aches and pains are slowly disappearing.
Now weighing at 87kg, her new goal is to reach 75kg.
