- Jefferson curls ย
- Weighted dislocates
Letโs start with Jefferson curls – itโs great for hamstring, quads, lats and even shoulder mobility… which is why it’s definitely our favourite here at Enterprise.ย
If you have tight hamstrings, quads, or lats – you have to tryย the Jefferson curl!
