Medicated, lethargic, repressed, and running on 10 coffees a day, Tina had reached her limit.
A single mum working full time hours meant that she had little time to take care of herself.

A dream of one day competing felt far off, but 10.5 weeks ago, Tina made the decision to take one step closer. Now that COVID had given her more time out of the office, she was able to devote more time to herself.
Having been recommended Enterprise Fitness as Melbourne’s best studio for training competitors, Tina was paired up with Master Physique Coach Liam Fitzgerald.
Two sessions in, and Melbourne was in lockdown AGAIN! But the work had only just begun. So, with a bit of adapting, Tina took on our Enterprise Online Programme to continue her journey.
With Liam’s fiery online sessions, weekly programme and nutrition changes, plus his daily check ups, Tina was in great hands. As a client – coach duo, they just clicked, there was no messing around but it was fun every training session.
The added bonus of our Live Online Workouts meant that Tina could join the Enterprise community and be motivated by our other coaches too – a great addition to her routine.
Week by week, they chipped away, and with now more energy and motivation, Tina could see and feel herself getting fitter and healthier. Not only that, but she noticed improvements in other areas of her life. Prioritising herself more meant that her relationships massively improved, especially with her children.

Although competing may be on hold for the foreseeable future, it’s most definitely still on the cards. Right now, with 8.8 kilos down, Tina has more drive than ever to keep getting better, and it seems to be becoming infectious with her partner signing up with us too.
