Liam’s clients consistently achieve outstanding results and constantly rave about him. We would have to agree with them, he IS pretty awesome!
Liam is one trainer that works his butt off! He takes on as many clients as the boss will let him, he’s at the studio bright and early every morning at 6am and he never complains!
Even when Liam is tired and working long weeks he still brings great energy to the team and provides many laughs to everyone in his presence!
Liam’s training philosophy is “if you want real results, you need to build your body up, and not break it down”.
This certainly shows in his client’s epic transformations.
