Welcome folks. This is where it all happens. We’re going to reception here. We’ve got big Lewis on reception, writing programs. Jade was a monster killer. Got Luke writing programs, always cold press coffee on tap. We’ve got Tania there. Really just look over on this side. We’ve got the wall which is turning more into a hall which we pay homage to our clients and customers who have achieved great results in the field of health, fitness and you know, anywhere from WBFF competitors, Australian champions, Ms Olympia, Natural Ms Olympia. Janet Kane and people who have just achieved outstanding results from all walks of life and we pay homage to them. We’ve got another homage in there which shows we’ve had students from 10 different countries now travel, get on a plane, travel to do a course here at Enterprise. One thing that a lot of people don’t know is I measured this gym actually, so people wouldn’t ever be on top of each other.
It’s a bit more quiet at the moment, but as you can see it never gets too busy because it’s always one on one, Tyler, Janet and Reece who’s one of our master trainers one-on-one. Again, Liam down the back who’s one on one with a Wenn, but it’s all one on one. That’s one of the special things about enterprise. We don’t open up to the public, so your personal training is never interrupted by randoms meatheads. It’s specific and tailored advice and tailored training to your needs. If you look on this side of the wall, we’ve got our five values which is trust, knowledge, leadership, excellence and innovation, and they are really the five key values that make up and drive our brand forward. And you know, we want to accomplish our mission, which is delivering outstanding service to our customers each and every single session and changing the standard of personal training and really influencing that.
We do have six value over here, which is dedication, which we collectively decided as a team that we need to stay focused and dedicated so we put a reminder on the wall to make us remember that that’s what it’s about. Exceeding expectations for the customer and raising the standard of personal training. Then we’ve got our culture codes over here. Out dumbbells go up to 60 kilos. I mean we’ve got all the bits and bops and whistles, but really what makes the difference with Enterprise Fitness is the specialized knowledge and advice that you’re going to get and that one on one service. So the trainers really do make the difference and it’s because we spend so much time, energy and effort, making sure our trainers are fantastic. We spend so much time educatingour trainers because really in this industry, the more you know, the more you can help people.
If I reflect back onto a wall and the amazing clients that come to this door, it really doesn’t matter what your goal is. It could be you want to compete for the first time. You want to compete for the 50th time. You want to do a photo shoot just for you to make sure you have something to go. Yes, I did that.
