Luke and Erica have been working together since Christmas 2018. Erica came to Luke with a list of injuries under her belt, which she was determined to fix. On top of that, she wanted to lose fat, gain lean muscle and strength.
Originally she was only eating 2 meals a day, but with Luke’s expertise, she increased her calories as high as 2300 calories and now ensures she’s consuming 4 meals daily.
Erica lost an amazing 18.2kg, from 95.9kg, down to 77.7kg. Not only that, she shed 14cm around her hips and 26cm around her stomach!
