Thomas has worked with Luke since mid February, 2019, and in that time has managed to lose an awesome 13.2kg. Over the 12 weeks, they were able to reduce his weight from 103kg to 89.8kg.
Their training was predominantly weights focused, starting out with four full body sessions, which developed into upper and lower body splits. Thomas ate 4 meals per day and was able to enjoy regular refeeds during his cut.
