“When I first started training at Enterprise Fitness, I was just getting back into training after 6 months recovery from surgery. I was feeling weak and I had a bad relationship with food.
My fears were muscle gain and getting big my idea of staying lean was cardio and food restriction.
Training with Reece has helped me build a healthy relationship with food, put on muscle and remain lean, completely eliminating my fear and understanding the importance of muscle gain for both aesthetics and health.
Moving forward this year, training has gone beyond food and muscle gains, I have also applied my mindset at training to other areas of my life such as my job, relationships and new tasks at hand.
I have built up the resilience, confidence and trust in myself to be able to push through things and get a little bit uncomfortable training in the gym.
