An ex State Netballer and VFL umpire, Tim’s background is a very active one.
After being riddled with injuries, his activity levels significantly decreased, and his health took a back seat.
Being a personal trainer himself, he came to Enterprise Fitness to not only make a change in his own life, but utilise his new knowledge to help others as well.
He hadn’t weighed under 110kg for at least a decade, but with his new healthier lifestyle, he managed it in less than a year.
Tim now has a much better lifestyle, keeping fit and healthy whilst regularly eating out and socialising.
