In her second ever comp, The ICN All Female Classic, Kerryn took home 3 GOLD trophies!!

We asked Kerryn a few questions and this is what she had to say….
“How have you found training at Enterprise Fitness?
The Enterprise experience is a fitness journey like no other. You’re more than a member, you’re part of the family. Since the first day I walked through the door I’ve been made to feel welcome by the entire team. One thing that stands out is the team camaraderie, the high-performance culture and a strong feeling of support.
What about working with Enterprise?
I couldn’t have wished for a better place to train than Enterprise. The technical mastery, highly trained eye and sense of humour here is a winning combination. Before I began training with Enterprise, I did my homework – their track record of success with fitness competition clients is best in class. So when I began working with Enterprise, I made a decision to park all pre-conceived ideas about what I “should” be doing, bring an open mind and go with their advice – after al, they have the track record to prove that they know what it takes.
There were times when the advice was unexpected, almost counter-intuitive, yet I followed through on their wisdom and sure enough… what Enterprise predicted was exactly what happened!
How was your comp day experience?
Comp day is a hive of activity, so it was wonderful to have the support of the Enterprise crew and the other Enterprise trainers at the venue on the day. They do whatever’s needed, from the obvious pre-stage pump-up and timing of snacks, to getting your jewellery and shoes when you need them!
What kind of results did you achieve?
I worked with Enterprise for 14 weeks to prepare for the ICN All Females Classic (only my second time competing) and the results speak for themselves. After entering 4 categories, I took home 3 gold medals and 1 silver medal – very exciting!!
