He works full time at an investment firm andย runs on a busy schedule.ย He started the initial nutrition plan on a 5 day a week plan at a -20% deficit and 2 refeed days at maintenance.ย As he had a busy work schedule, we used food 4ย fitness to help with his meal prep, and then any left overย calories could go towards a serving of fruit or some liquidย carbs of his choice.
We measured him weekly to make sure we were staying onย track with the plan.
To top this transformation off, my client did enjoy a coupleย nights out on the weekends having a few with his mates
