4 Months to a Leaner Physique
Coming to Enterprise Fitness, Vincent’s goal was to lose the fat he had gained during the first Melbourne lockdown, as well as to regain some of the strength he lost.
To work on this goal, we structured his workouts around his busy work schedule into 4 sessions per week with an upper and lower body split.
With Vincent’s nutrition, he was put in a calorie deficit during his first phase. This dropped his body fat percentage from 19.7% to 15.3%, which he was very satisfied with. From there, we progressed into a calorie maintenance phase, where he gained 2.1kg of lean mass.
Through 4 months of hard work and consistent training, Vincent was able to totally transform his body, successfully achieving his initial goal of decreasing fat and gaining muscle.
