Want to see the best female transformations of 2018?
This is VERY hard to rank; and to be honest we are still debating amongst the team as all the ladies worked their arses off to achieve their results.
However, it was decided that the winner goes to Helen Du who lost 40 kilos in 2018 and completely changed her life!
#12: Sarah
“Reflecting upon an amazing weekend at the Arnold’s Classic, I wanted to share what made my last comp prep with Enterprise such an amazing one!
During my comp prep, he would wake up at 6am in the morning to review my check-in photos, readjust my training and nutrition plan, and hard back to sleep for another hour or so before he starts a busy day at Enterprise.
Not only have we been successful in placing 2nd at the Arnold’s Classic (and I say we because it’s a team effort in competing), but also in creating a healthy relationship with my food and mental state!”
#11: Amy
This year, Amy set a big audacious goal to train for an am
ateur boxing fight.
This is a story of how she pushed out of her comfort zone…
“I am proud every day of what my body is able to do and achieve. I am at my strongest, my most mobile, healthiest and most confident.
The knowledge, skills and growth I’ve experience in my time here has been ridiculous. You can’t put a price on it! I am constantly learning and growing.
I’m very glad that I found Enterprise, and I’m looking forward to achieving more goals in the future!”
#10: Kelly
From wanting to be as skinny and as small as possible and struggling to maintain a healthy relationship with food, to looking at food as fuel, this is a story of how Kelly found a healthy approach to comp prep!
“I was almost waiting for the time that my past eating habits and mindset would rear its ugly head. I was waiting for the binge. Or the urge to just ‘be skinny’ instead of muscular. And I can confidently say that, given the healthy approach to this competition, the 6 month prep was the most at-ease and relaxed i have felt with food and mindset my whole life!”
#9: Mandeep
#8: Felicia
Behind all the bling and glamour on stage, is months of hard work, sweat, tears and blood…
This is how Felicia transform her body in 16 weeks, in time for her to step on stage in her first ever WBFF competition!
#7: Nikki
From her first show to the international championships…
This is a story of how first time competitor, Nikki, discovered her hidden potential on the stage!
“I was eating around 1500 calories before Enterprise and my calories quickly started to increase. When my coach first put carbs in my nutrition program I was extremely worried about gaining weight as the amount of carbs was a lot more than what I was use to. I was eating more food than I ever could imagined and my body fat percentage was decreasing at the same time.
At one point in my prep I was eating around 2900 calories a day whilst adding lean muscle and dropping my body fat percentage. Throughout my entire prep I constantly had access to advice and information from my coach and was always re-assured to trust in the process.”
#6: June
Long time Enterprise member, June, brought her best package to date to the Nationals stage this year, looking absolutely amazing coming away with a Bronze medal in a line up with bikini competitors over a decade younger than herself!
The goal was to have June stage ready 2 weeks out so we could bring her food intake back up, back off training and cruise into show day…
And it worked beautifully!
#5: Emily
Em has struggled with a hormone condition for 10 years – something caused by a benign brain tumour which continuously tricks my body into thinking that it’s pregnant. This prevents my body from doing a lot of things to the best of its ability (losing body fat, manage inflammation, regulate other hormones)…
This is the story of someone who found the courage to let go of the old story and follow through with a goal that she set…
“I am FOREVER grateful that this was when Reece came into my life.
I can remember early in our first few sessions together – I was getting frustrated with an exercise and he said to me “You are strong Em, now we just need to connect your physical body with your mind”
He was the one that didn’t buy my story.
In fact, together we BURNT the old story and he gave me the power to put the pen back in my hand to write the next chapter differently.”
#4: Sandra
Sandra not only transformed herself physically, but also psychologically – in fact, she has changed her body, mindset and relationship with food!
“Training at Enterprise has helped me build a healthy relationship with food, put on muscle and remain lean, completely eliminating my fear and understanding the importance of muscle gain for both aesthetics and health.
Moving forward this year, training has gone beyond food and muscle gains, I have also applied my mindset at training to other areas of my life such as my job, relationships and new tasks at hand.
I have built up the resilience, confidence and trust in myself to be able to push through things and get a little bit uncomfortable training in the gym.
I’m amazed by how unstoppable I’m now both in training and personal life.”
#3: Jessica
#2: Kim
Kim had the dream of competing for 3 years. But it always seemed so out of reach for her.
This is a story of someone who was sick and tired of being sick and tired; and decided to take a leap into the unknown.
“Here I am, proudly holding 2 gold medals from my first competition. I’ve lost over 21kg’s, and over 25% body fat. I have a new outlook on life, and I’m proud to say that I no longer feel depressed. I have mastered my ego and wake up each day excited to just be myself…“
#1: Helen
From frequent hospitalisations and tired of hearing doctors claim that her immune system was ‘weaker than normal’…
… To losing 22 kilos (and counting!)
This is a story of how Helen transformed her life after coming to Enterprise.
“Personally, after the first consultation at Enterprise and attending an introductory session with my coach, Tyler, I truly believe that the people at Enterprise genuinely care about my health in more than one way.
I signed up immediately, and I’ve never looked back since then…”
