I knew Enterprise Fitness had an excellent reputation for getting results as I had seen them first hand from people I knew.
Personally throughout the years I had valleyed up and down in weight constantly trying new things but never giving things an actual go for a decent period of time.
Having had my health and training progress be stagnant for months I decided I wanted results. Period.
I commited to a 3 month period with Enterprise Fitness. They helped me simplify my nutrition with fortnightly checkups to keep me on track and tailored my workout program for training sessions with or without my trainer (Lewis).
I definitely found the Biosignature very interesting and useful.
Reece would tailor a nutrition protocol for results. My training intensity increased and my form on exercises I thought I had pat down improved. I was almost scared when Mark would walk by because he would end up correcting my form here and there then the exercise would be 50x harder.
Nevertheless, 11 Weeks in since starting I lost 11% bodyfat, dropped 10cm off my waist, my max on chins went from 4 to 14, 80kg for two on the front squat without having done them for years and I managed to pump out 20 pistol squats for new personal bests.
Most people just do what they already know which leads to average results. Some people do their research to look for the results they are looking for but it’s too easy to be confused with all the information out there.
For the achievers that want the straight road to extroadinary results, I’d recommend these guys anyday.
